This Luxury 2 bed 2 bath Ground floor apartment, comes with excellent views and large patio area (76m2)
Beaches such as Playa Del Duque, Fanabe & La pinta are just 5 mins away, all have super restaurants were you can watch the Sun set over the Sea.

The apartment is a 5 minute drive away from the newly built Siam park,www.siampark.net, and with tenerife's all year round climate this apartment comes with one of the biggest pools on the island, and only available to residents.

The apartment is Suitable for children - travel cot, pushchair, steriliser, walker & High chair all available with no extra charge. UK TV. Now available, BBC1, 2, ITV1, Channel 4 and 5.

Our home has many books for you to read should this be your pleasure, there are many DVDs for all ages should you fancy a night in.

Food is available virtually 24hours in Tenerife and delivery menus are left in the apartment should you wish to use them.

All bedding and towels including beach are provided.

The Patio Area is complete with table and 6 chairs, parasol, 4 sun loungers. There is a Beach box on the patio with everything that your children may require for the beach, feel free to use it.

The outdoor pool is Huge, and at most times very quiet, as this is a residential complex most people are at work during the day.

The Tenerife region

The South of Tenerife has the better climate with temperatures more than often in excess of 22 degrees Centigrade. We do recommend car hire as there are so many places to visit. There are many brochures in the apartment that can help you. The main attractions are Loro Park www.loroparque.com, based in the north of the island and about 90minute drive. Siam Park http://www.siampark.net/spr/ 5 minutes drive away. And obviously Mount Tiede, the link to the following web site is the best to use. http://www.canaries-live.com/UK/teide.html and gives a full run down on the total area.

The Costa Adeje / Roque del Conde Torviscas Alto area

We are located in Torviscas alto and are within walking distance to most beaches and villages.
Costa Adeje village is nearby and has some old quaint restaurants.
San Eugenio - is more hustle and bustle with many shops and Karaoke bars.
Playa Fanabe - has a nice beach and good restaurants with competative rates.
Playa La Pinta - is probably the calmest beach and great for children, great restaurants and competitive on pricing, supermarket and fish and chip shop,and next door to Puerto Colon harbour where you can book many a boat or fishing trip, whale watching etc.
Playa Del Duque - this is the most upmarket beach in Tenerife and a great place to watch the Sunset, slightly expensive but well worth a look. A place to view the Italian Architecture of the Bahia Del Duque.
Golf is available within a 10 minute drive.
10 minutes taxi ride to Las Americas and Los Christianos.

Flights are cost effective and available from most airports. Your destination airport is TFS (Tenerife South Reina Sofia). From the UK www.flymonarch.com, www. flythomascook.com, www.easyjet.com, www.ryanair.com.

Recommended car hire with www.autoreisen.es. However taxis' from the airport are in abundance and the trip from the airport to the apartment should take no longer than 15-20mins, and should cost in the region of 20 -25 Euro.

“Very spacious well equipped apartment with excellent ocean and mountain views” We have just returned from Tenerife and thoroughly enjoyed a peaceful stay at this spacious apartment and its huge terrace. The sun is on the terrace from 9am and is great for the fantastic views and it is located just above the large pool so perfect for us to keep an eye on our kids of 13 and 8. The pool area has plenty of sunbeds and everything is clean and the pool well maintained. We hired a car and used it every day although the hill is walkable but for convenience of shopping and beach etc it is easier to drive particularly of an evening to get to the main town area for restaurants. Annette made the booking and directions very easy and we have no complaints! Overall an excellent holiday and we would definitely recommend a stay here.

“A real nice place to stay.” We took a nine day break to Tenerife to escape the cold days of Britain. The apartment was completely set up up home from home set in a very peaceful community. Car required for the apartment situated up on the hill from Costa Adeje with beautiful views. The pool was refreshing and at times only used by us which was great no fighting for sun-beds like you have in the apart hotels! Above all the apartment had every thing we needed for us and our children aged 11 and 15.. Thanks for a great holiday..

“Fantastic Apartment!!!” Booked the apartment for a week wish it could have been longer! Everything you need is there Annette has thought of it all. Wonderful host! The home is spotless and tastefully decorated. Very private and relaxing, the pool is huge and cleaned every day. We hired a car which I would recommend as you are a fair bit up the hillside, but plenty of taxis available if you dont want to drive. We made alot of friends and have already booked to go back this year. 5 stars!!!!

“A1!” Clean and homely apartment with everything you need plus a huge terrace with seating and sunbathing area and lots of toys and pool equipment for children. A lovely location for peace and quite yet within easy reach of beaches and all the main attractions of Adeje, Las Americas etc. The local restaurant (La Condesa) has a great chef and the food is worthy of some sort of Michelin recommendation and there is a local shop too within walking distance. The pool looked beautiful and was well maintained but being February we didn't venture too close to it!

“Lovely apartment, lovely town, lovely weather.” We have just come back from a week staying in this lovely apartment. (Feb 2013) We had a great time. The apartment, although on the ground floor, is high up in the hills and therefore gives a lovely view of the pool, the hills, the town and the sea. The arrangements were all easy. We did get a little lost finding the apartment but I think that was probably my map reading. Annette answered a query we had over parking straight away. The apartment was clean and plenty big enough for our two girls, my husband and I. The beds were very comfy. The way that the apartments have been designed mean that there is little noise from the apartment above. The girls lovely the puzzles and games in the cupboard. We didn't really use the kitchen as we ate out all the time. I would recommend a car as the walk up the hill would be a tough one. We didn't use the pool as we were at the beach but it looked clean and inviting. We met a neighbour (Liam) who was very nice and helped us with were to put rubbish etc. Everyone that we saw in the apartment block were very friendly. The weather was lovely for 5 out of the 7 days that we were there. It was chilly in the evenings and we could have done with a little heater, I then found one in the wardrobe when we were packing to come home! We will return.

“Great 2 Bedroom apartment” Took a last minute flight to Tenerife for Christmas and stayed at Annette's apartment. We were very please with the apartment and found it without any problem. Lovely views from the bedrooms and the balcony and everything was as described. It was a little cool to eat outside at night but I am sure it would be great in the warmer months of March to November when the temperatures are warmer. Annette gave us phone numbers for local taxi drivers and we found them very reasonable. Did not manage to get a booking at the restaurant very close by but had a couple of meals in Janice's at Club La Costa 15min walk down the road. Suitable for couples or families but I would say it is preferable to have a car. Would recommend.

“Fantastic Apartment, 5*” Having stayed here for the 3rd year running, I think that speaks for itself! Mrs Williams has been more than accommodating for me and my family, the apartment is lovely, its like home from home, the pool area you generally have to yourself, its like a private luxury complex that is perfect for a relaxing peaceful holiday. Its only a 20 min walk down the hill to Fanabe or Adeje in the evenings where the night comes alive. Taxi's generally cost 5 euro to come back up the hill, as its a challenge to walk back up! I would not hesitate to recommend to others, as I have in the past. Thank you for another fantastic holiday xxx
