The Tenerife region

Tenerife and Costa Adeje offers every sport and pastime imaginable - and of course Golf Costa Adeje has one of the most prestigious courses on the island - 18-hole, par 72, 6,783 yards Championship course and a par 32, nine hole course at Adeje, with four other golf courses within 20 minutes of the luxury Villa.

Through the main entrance, there is an entry vestibule from where you can access the luxury kitchen, the lounge and separate dining room, the “Venecia Room” and the stairway to the upper rooms. The kitchen consists of luxurious wall and floor units, topped with marble, and enhanced by top quality appliances by Siemans and Bosch, including Oven-hob, Fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, etc, and the large utility room with Bosch washing machine and dryer.

Into the dining area and lounge, you will witness some beautiful original paintings, contemporary furnishings, extendable dining table and chairs, and exquisite L-shaped sofa. There is a large 42” Phillips flatscreen Television with BBC1, BBC2, ITV, Channel 4, Channel 5, and other English and Spanish channels, as well as a DVD & CD player.

Back into the house and off the vestibule, is the “Venecia Room” which has twin beds and fitted wardrobes, and lovely “Venecia” furnishings. Adjacent to the “Venecia Room”, there is a shower room with WC, WHB and shower.

Moving upstairs, to the left is the “Red Room” with its own en-suite shower room, and red-flavoured furnishings and paintings, leather headboard, large fitted wardrobes and twin beds. Take the French doors through to the balcony, and witness an absolutely awesome view out to the Atlantic Ocean and the neighbouring island of La Gomera, from the upper balcony shared with the “Master” bedroom.

Now to the “Master” bedroom with its ultramodern furnishings, lighting and abstract painting, 2 double wardrobes in the dressing area, and a full luxury en suite bathroom. With views to the rear of the villa of the mountains, views to the front to the Atlantic Ocean, then pass through double patio doors to the balcony. Look left to Las Americas, forward to La Gomera, and right towards Playa Paraiso.

Further details outdoors:
Passing through the double patio doors, onto the primary terrace and gardens, then onto the grassed area of “nomow”, proceed onto the secondary terrace with table tennis table and the large 7.5 metres by 3.25 metres pool - fully heated, of course!
