About the home

This apartment is ideal for anyone wanting to get away from it all and have a relaxing break in the Murcia sun. There are three spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms.The apartment is very airy as lights enters from three directions.

There is a modern, well equipped kitchen with all the amenities you will need. The dining area has space for six and the lounge has two leather sofas with seating for six. For your entertainment there is a flat screen TV with 45 channels (including the main British channels) and a High Definition DVD player.

The spacious master bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet and sink.

All bedrooms have comfortable single beds and built in wardrobes. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with bath/shower, sink/vanity unit and toilet.

You can dine outside on the large terrace at the spacious wicker table, overlooking the swimming pool and countryside. Have breakfast in the sunshine whilst admiring the views!

A 25% reservation deposit is required (by bank transfer/Paypal). Full payment to be made 6 weeks before arrival.
There is a minimum £100/100 euro damage deposit (refundable on satisfactory inspection).
For late bookings the balance of the rental can be paid on arrival (in cash).
Apartment must be vacated by 10:00 and will be available for entry after 16:00 (may be flexible subject to other bookings)

You will be met by a English speaking key holder who lives on-site. The key holder will show you to the apartment and provide all the information you require on the equipment in the apartment. You will be provided with support during your stay and any information on the resort and local area.

A comprehensive tourist guide is provided for every guest and there is a large range of tourist leaflets and maps to view inside the apartment.

Discounted rates are available for playing golf and using the golf club equipment.

The Murcia region

Murcia has one of the warmest climates in Europe with over 300 days of sunshine per year and low rainfall. This is one of the reasons it has been chosen for the location of the new Paramount theme park which will be similar in size to Disneyland Paris.

Murcia is steeped in history and there are many historical locations to visit such as Murcia City, Cartagena and Lorca.

Just 15 minutes drive you will find a number of monasteries and a visitor's centre in the Sierra de Carrascoy mountains which have fantastic views of Murcia and the surrounding countryside.

The region is blessed with two different coast lines, the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean with a multitude of resorts and beaches within one hour's drive, the nearest about 25 minutes drive. Amongst the places to visit are Los Alcazares, Mazzaron and Aguilas.

Around 25 minutes inland are the glorious Sierra Espuna mountains where you can visit historical places such as a Monastery and castles and go walking and biking.

The Corvera / Corvera Golf and Country Club area

The Corvera Golf Resort is situated in a fabulous location at the edge of the Sierra de Carrascoy mountains, a protected national park. The Corvera Golf course is quickly building a reputation as one of the best new golf courses in Murcia. It has been selected as the PGA Europe's winter head quarters. It is a 18 hole championship course designed by famous Spanish golfer José Maria Olazabal.

Corvera town is walking distance from the resort. The town has restaurants and bars, supermarkets and a lively market. There are various fiestas in Corvera throughout the year. The city of Murcia is only 20 minutes drive (by car or bus).

“Quiet resort with lovely pools and well groomed golf course” The resort itslef was unfinished. This turned out to be a bonus as we had the pool virtually to ourselves and the golf was free. Unless you are going to stay in the complex, you will need a car as it takes a bit of time to walk to the town and back. A great place if you want to brush up on the language as it is a small town where English is limited.
