A completely independent house with his own private garden. The dining-room has all kind of facility such as electric oven, dish-washer, fridge, etc. You will fìnd much taste in the forniture which comes from the old tuscan times. Bathrooms and shower are really lovely and well finished.
The veranda, made in wrought iron, provided with table, chairs and barbecue, overlooks Cortona, Val di Chiana till the lake Trasimeno.

In the quite Tuscan country side, among olive trees, you will find Margherita Holiday Home. Our small business comes from a great interest in restoring and maintaining the old building material and the original contest of the old times. The location, up on a hill, is really extraordinary: on one side there is a view of Cortona and in front you face the beautiful Val di Chiana; you can take the pleasure for trekking, walking from the numerous olive trees up to the mountain through the chestnut wood.

By car: coordinates GPS E 11.96686° N 43.29075° From Milan, Rome, Florence, leave the motorway at Valdichiana exit. Take the motorway towards Perugia and leave it at Cortona exit. When in Camucia go ahead towards Arezzo on the 71 road. At Tavernelle turn right at the traffic lights, pass by the Fire Brigade and continue for about 1 km. At the small iron bridge keep to the right and go up to n. 25 ( on the right side ).
By train: the railway station for Cortona is Camucia. We suggest, instead, Terontola station as the service is more frequent
