Above the wood oven is engraved 1781. Villa Nello was restored in 2001. It develops on three floors, sleeping 8 people, plus a small independent single bedroom with bathroom.

The ground floor includes an entrance foyer, adjoining dining room and kitchen leading to a large terrace with a dining table for 12 and countryside views. On the first floor is the living room with access to a small covered veranda, one double bedroom, and a second double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and air conditioning.

On the second floor there are two double bedrooms, one a master with en-suite bathroom and air conditioning, and one double bedroom with bathroom adjoining.

The private swimming pool is 3.5 x 7.5 metres and is situated amongst terraced olive groves directly overlooking the Valdichiana.
