This pretty stone house all on one floor is perfect for a small family or group of up to 4. The traditional style is truly charming and it will make a lovely haven to return to after a day out seeing the sights.

It consists of a living-dining room with fireplace, a fully-equipped kitchen master bedroom with en suite shower room and another bedroom, this one with twin beds and another shower room.

Not to forget the house has its own private panoramic terrace, a favourite spot among guests for sitting out enjoying meals in the fresh air or simply for relaxing and soaking up the peaceful environment.

Agriturismo della Chiana spreads over 25 hectares in the heart of the Valdichiana, a beautiful landscape dotted with many historical towns and villages like Cortona and Castiglion Fiorentino, Arezzo and of course the well-known wine-producing Montepulciano and Montalcino. This area is also particularly convenient for exploring wider Tuscany.

The Cortona / Fratticciola area

The grounds are exquisite and characteristic of the region with lots of character. Grapes and Olives are grown on the estate to produce their own wine and oil especially for guests and the orderly rows of olive trees, the vineyards, the cornfields and the fields of sunflowers make for a beautiful sight.
