The Villa is located in a wood, far from the traffic and at the same time comfortable close to all the ski centres, you can also find the reception desk for all your needs at less than 5 minutes drive.
The villa is very comfortable you can choose the central heating or the 'stube' a very typical kind of fire place. From the long terrace you can enjoy the silence of the wood and the spectacular view of the Dolomities.
The villa, and the furniture too, have been created by an important architect, Edoardo Gellner, with the collaboration of Carlo Scarpa in an innovative and unique project.
During the summer period you can enjoy the long and panoramic walks just starting from the villa.

The North East Italy / Veneto region

Cortina d'Ampezzo area
Very near to the ski centre of Cortina d'Ampezzo, in the heart of the Dolomites mountains. You can easily reach the main street in 5 minutes drive but at the same time you are far from the noise of the traffic. The nearest ski centre is 15 minutes drive. In the wood around the villa you'll see deer, fawns, squirrels, eagles...
This ski centre is world renound - set in a sunny valley, encirled by the impressive Dolomites - one of the best equipped and wonderful ski resorts in the world! The are numerous modern ski lifts and lots of pistes for all standards and opportunities for cross country skiiers too! There are also many opportunites for apres-ski - many activities such as ice skating and sleigh rides, and fabulous restaurants and bars.
