'Casa Myoho' is an attractive end of terrace house located among well-established tropical gardens on a quality development.

The house sleeps six in three good-sized bedrooms. This is an ideal Costa del Sol location, a settled development lying directly alongside Los Naranjos golf course. Just metres from the french windows is the communal swimming pool. Also within five minutes' drive are five more golf courses, all with an excellent name on the Costa del Sol. Fifty minutes to Malaga Airport.

Among the house's special features is the roof terrace / solarium. From here the mountain La Concha is clearly visible and there are glimpses of the sea. Here there is a barbecue and some garden furniture.

Off the entrance hall is a downstairs shower room/toilet. The kitchen, bright and with entirely new fitted units, is well equipped and has a breakfast table seating four. The open-plan living and dining area is light and roomy with a fireplace containing a wood-burning stove. The new dining table seats six and there are sofas and an armchair. There is a TV with DVD and a CD player. Another great feature is the air conditioning throughout. The living room opens on to a lovely terrace for eating out. Here you are looking on to the pool, shared by twelve houses in all.

Upstairs are 3 good-sized bedrooms, all with built-in wardrobes. The master is a double with en-suite bathroom and lovely semi-private balcony. There is another double and also a twin-bedded room. Stairs from the landing continue up to the roof terrace.

The journey by car from Malaga International Airport is just 50 minutes by motorway; by public bus (very inexpensive) it is approximately one hour thirty minutes. Car hire is advisable and the airport is served by all the big firms: Hertz, Avis Europcar, etc. The residential area of La Campana is within walking distance. Here a number of shops, a good quantity of bars and some good-value restaurants can be found. Most are friendly, Spanish-run businesses; others represent a range of nationalities.

From the bus stop at the foot of the street – a 5-7 minute walk – there are buses to San Pedro, Puerto Banus and Marbella.

More up-market, international dining can be had at Puerto Banus, ten minutes by car, or Marbella, twenty minutes away maximum. Beaches are less than ten minutes' drive. For a change of scene, the inland white town of Ronda is easily reached in less than an hour. There are some children's fun parks fairly close by.

Entry to the development is via a security gate with secure phone system. The covered parking area is also within the locked gates, and is right outside the front door.

Sandy beaches are 1.5 km away.

The property is on a complex between countryside and beach, within easy reach of Puerto Banus, San Pedro de Alcantara, several golf courses, and just 12 minutes from Marbella town. The locality - Nueva Andalucia - has dozens of bars, restaurants, shops, banks, several pharmacies, gym, dentists and doctors. There is a wonderful promenade 17 kms long. This can be reached within a five-minute drive. 'Mistral Beach' is the nearest and is very popular.
