About the home

This is a superb, detached, luxury modern villa. It is located in an unbeatable position one row from the sea and only two minutes walk to the start of the fabulous dune beaches. The terrace enjoys panoramic sea views of the neighbouring islands of Lobos and Lanzarote and to Corralejo. The many attractions of the popular resort of Corralejo are also within easy walking distance. wifi broadband

This spacious, family villa has been thoughtfully and stylishly furnished throughout. The villa has a large, beautifully decorated living room with an attractive sloping, wooden ceiling and leather sofas, a 42 inch flat screen television with BBC1, BBC2,ITV, Ch 4 and Ch 5, plus satellite channels and a home cinema. WIFI is available in the house.
Double patio doors give access to the pool area and means light pours into the villa all through the day. There is a light and airy dining room with a high ceiling adjacent to the kitchen.
The separate Italian kitchen is very well equipped with everything needed for a luxurious, self catering holiday. Leading from the kitchen is an attractive breakfast room with informal seating.
The villa has four bedrooms, all furnished in a contemporary style with plenty of wardrobe storage space. The master bedroom has a double bed and a large en-suite bathroom with basin, bath and shower. There are three other bedrooms , one with superking bed and two with twin beds which share a family bathroom where there is a bath with a shower. One of the twin bedrooms has patio doors leading directly to the pool garden.
The living room and bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans for added comfort.

The outdoor area of this villa is maximised by being on two levels.

To the front of the villa is a large 8m x 4 metre, electrically heated swimming pool which is accessed by Roman steps. A feature of this pool is that it is heated all year, so you can enjoy year round swimming, and it has an insulated pool cover, keeping the water temperature at more than 26 degrees. Surrounding the pool are spacious sunbathing areas with ample sunbeds, tables, chairs and shade for al fresco dining. The whole area is covered in astro turf for comfort and safety. The pool area is separated from the remainder of the garden by gates.

The villa is surrounded by a perimeter wall which gives a very good level of privacy when sunbathing. A beach gate with intercom gives access to a hidden path to the nearby cove, where there is excellent snorkelling. Rock pools at low tide keep the children fascinated. From here you can stroll along the coastal path into town, or, in the opposite direction, to wonderful Flag Beach and the fabulous dunes.

To one side of the house there is a large, brick, Canarian barbecue and colourful, Andalusian style patio dining seating for eight. This is a lovely area for sheltered evening barbeques with access to the kitchen.
A stairway at the other side of the villa leads to the large spectacular, secluded roof terrace. From this terrace guests can enjoy private sunbathing and al fresco dining whilst soaking up the dramatic and spectacular sea views over to the neighbouring island of Lanzarote and the uninhabited island of Lobos and views across the white dunes to the distant mountain range in the other direction.

The Fuerteventura region

Im just writing to thank you for the use of your lovely villa. We had a great holiday. The food and bottle of wine awaiting for us on our arrival were a lovely surprise. We found the villa very comfortable and the kitchen had just about everything you could possibly need and the position in relation to the beach and town were just about perfect. The only thing we could have done with was a bit more wind for the kite surfers but Im guessing you cant arrange that! Kate and family, November 2009

The villa was beautiful and we enjoyed many days just lounging around. The Hotel up the road was very helpful! The villa and holiday was GREAT (even though the sun got the better of us lobsters!)

Villa is just perfect. Lots of room, great facilities and good position. My daughter lived in the pool!
Good local beach to the left and Flag beach to the right. Had fun snorkelling around the rocks, just in front of villa was great – found puffer fish, leopard eel and lots of fish.
Went off to Lanzarote on trip to Fire Mountain – was a little disappointed, not much time in the Park to explore lava flows, etc.
Went on snorkelling trip to Lobos Island (organised in Harbour) was fab – recommend this. Kids loved all activities. My son went on surfing course – Quicksilver – and enjoyed this a lot. Baku water park was great too.The McNeills and the Clarks.


What a beautiful villa! Everything was marvellous. The kids loved the pool and TV.
