About the home

This is a very attractive villa in a superb central location by the new shopping centre El Campanario. Bell Air is only a five minute walk to the beach and the the centre of the resort, the Baku water park is also located close by.

The start of the famous, glorious miles of white sand dune beaches are a twenty minute walk away. This is the perfect holiday villa for families, groups or couples.

The villa is built on three levels and is furnished and decorated to a high standard. The stylish, light airy lounge is on the ground floor. It has a lovely high, sloping ceiling, a large picture window looking to the pool area and doors leading to the patio and terraces. Stairs lead up to a galleried dining area which overlooks the lounge and is adjacent to the well-equipped kitchen.

The master bedroom is situated on this level with a double bed, fitted wardrobes and a bathroom next to it. From the Lounge there are a few steps down to two bedrooms with twin beds, fitted wardrobes and a shower room. Free standing fans are provided for your comfort.

The villa has a private garden with a built in Canarian Barbeque. The private kidney shaped swimming pool is surrounded by gardens and a terrace where guests can enjoy the long hours of Canarian sunshine and al fresco dining.

The Fuerteventura region

Fuerteventura is the second largest and least commercialised of the Canaries. It lies about 90 kilometres off the coast of Africa, with a climate similar to Mexico.

It has a wonderful, warm, year round climate, boasting about 3000 hours of sunshine a year. Like the neighbouring island of Lanzarote, Fuerteventura was formed by volcanic activity, (the last event was more than 7000 years ago) that gave the island its unusual contours.

The sunny climate, wonderful beaches and aquamarine waters are magnets to all lovers of nature and the excellent facilities in the resorts make this a destination for a memorable holiday for all ages and interests throughout the year.

The Corralejo / Bell Air, Corralejo area

The island’s largest and liveliest resort, Corralejo has a twice-weekly market and a good selection of reasonably-priced restaurants and bars. A little plaza in the middle of town is fun at night with musicians performing at the pavement cafés, while a small selection of discos and karaoke bars can be found in a dedicated commercial centre.

The incredible windsurfing, surfing and diving conditions in Corralejo attract water sports enthusiasts year after year; and boat trips to Lanzarote and the picturesque and uninhabited Isla de Lobos are popular attractions. Several small beaches, both sandy and rocky and swathes of untouched desert dunes, line the coast.

The villa is 35km (approx 40 minutes by car) from Puerto Del Rosario Airport. A full information pack including directions and maps to the villa will be sent to you when booking is confirmed. “It does exactly what it says on the tin.” The villa is exactly as written in the description. It is clean, tidy and fully stocked with everything you need. The pool was a god send, there were days when we didn't venture far from it. The villa is in a fantastic location, the beach is a few minutes walk away and there is a small shopping mall across the road with a range of bars, restaurants, clothing shops and a supermarket. However these close at 10pm but if you're looking for something livelier a short walk takes you to the strip where you will find everything you could wish for. My only criticism is that it feels a little neglected, a lick of paint and a few minor repair jobs would make it appear more lived in.

“homely villa, great location.” I found the level of service to be excellent. The villa was very well situated, private with great views of the surrounding area. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in the area and would most definately recommend to friends and family.
