The Fuerteventura region

Fuerteventura has sun all year round with an average of only 10cm of rain a year, it also has the longest beaches in the Canary Islands with the whitest sand and clearest sea.

Fuerteventura is the second largest of the Canary Islands, and the island is the least developed within the Canary Islands. The Overall development of the Island has been carefully managed and therefore the Island retains a unique character. In total there are 155 beaches with the majority being soft white sand.

Fuerteventura is only four hours' flying time from the UK and has an all year round sunshine climate. It is an ideal location for all year round sun seekers, beach lovers and especially young families.

Corralejo

Correlejo is the largest of the holiday resorts in Fuerteventura (only 30 minutes from the airport) and overlooks Los Lobos and is a short boat trip away from Lanzarote. Its main attraction are the miles of beautiful sandy beaches. Correlejo has a attractive harbour lined with numerous traditional restaurants overlooking the sea offering local culinary delights .

Oasis Royal is located in the heart of Corralejo, 5 minutes walk from the nearest beach and centrally located beside all the numerous restaurants and bars.

"Excellent apartment in lovely grounds"

We had four delightful weeks staying in Oasis Royal. The apartment is spacious and is furnished with everything to make it a 'home from home' for our holiday over the Christmas / New Year. The Oasis Royal Complex in our opinion is central enough to be close to Corralejo amenities yet the grounds are attractive,very well maintaned and quiet in the evenings.
The nearby EuroSpar supermarket is on the doorstep with fresh fish, meats & veg as well as full supermarket range of goods making shopping so easy.
The owners Dermot and Teressa have an excellent apartment that it was a pleasure to stay in and we will be back again next winter.

"Oasis Royal"

The complex of Oasis Royal is in the best location of Corralejo everything you need to make a great holiday is within walking distance shops restaurants cafe bar bus stop etc. The apartment itself is again in the best location you virtually get the sun all day with a large patio it's great for outside dining & a communal pool right outside your door. Inside the apartment is very clean & tidy with 2 decent size bedrooms, bathroom living room/kitchenette decent size tv. The kitchen has a 2 ring cooker grill/microwave toaster but the utensils could do with updating no tin-opener, sieve & maybe a smaller frypan would make cooking a bit easier. There is a washing machine which is great when staying for a few weeks. There are plenty of towels & bedding. The complex has wifi but you do have to sit outside for a signal.

"Excellently located within the complex"

Owner : very easy to deal with , booking was simple :) Dermot suggested travelrepublic in order to book our transfers to and from the airport , we booked a private minibus for up to ten people for €100 which was fantastic
complex: clean and well maintained
Apartment : I feel this apartment had the best location within the complex , pools directly outside and a few minutes away was the town itself . Apart from the sofa bed, which looked a bit worn , everything else in this apartment served us well and I feel we definitely got value for our money . THE BEST APARTMENT IN OASIS ROYAL !!!!! .

CORRALEJO : plenty of restaurants , WAIKIKI on the beach was the best by far , excellent food , excellent service , el toro steakhouse was the next best .

Make sure to venture in to old part of Corralejo to really get a feel for the town itself ..........

RETRO BAR across for oasis royal does the best breakfasts in town !!

Would definitely recommend renting this apartment , fantastic value for money .

"Great location"

Nice 2 bedrm apartment, as long as you're not looking for luxury. Best thing about it is the location. The pool is only a few meters from the terrace, perfect for al fresco dining. Terrace also provided good shade. And there's a nice child-friendly beach only a 5 minute walk away. Stayed for 10 days and really enjoyed it. Our 3 year old loved the kiddie pool.

"Central location, great value, lovely complex."

This apartment is centrally located (beside mini-golf and trampolines) but quiet, and full of flowers. The gardens and pool area are well kept. There is no pool bar but you can sit out at your terrace… More
