About the home

This is the ultimate get away from it all villa and is especially suited to romantic and relaxing breaks and groups of friends wanting to chill out. You have magnificent beaches 5 minutes away known as the Hawaii of Europe. Golf, town, water sports also nearby if you fancy something more energetic. We have every extra imaginable in this villa, you may well find cheaper on site but beware we have heated pool,hot tub,side gates,child friendly,english channels,ipod, games etc.

This luxury development has already been visited by Vogue magazine (photo shoot) and Real Madrid Football Team (R&R).

Facilities include heated roof top jacuzzi, private lagoon shaped pool, hammock, all rooms en suite.

My personal style of décor reflects the fact that the sun shines circa 360 days a year in Fuerteventura and is focussed in whites and creams to bring the light in.
One king, one double and one twin room all en suite with calm restful shades. A fully equipped kitchen opens into a restful dining/living room where you can relax after a day in the sun.
Privacy is the name of the game here with high walls which shut the world out and allow you to enjoy your own piece of heaven. Especially for children we have connected the twin room to the master as none of the villas have bedrooms which connect by hallway, thi makes us the only child friendly villas on site. We also have ninetendo wii, ipod speakers, dominios, lilo's, colouring , satelitte tv for your convenience. I have put a huge amount of thought into what makes a holiday better for our guests.

Outside you also have private parking and lots and lots of room to relax both by the pool and on the terraces.

The complex has a lovely bar and restaurant and gym and sauna are on the way.

This complex has no apartments where noise gathers at communal pools, it comprises solely of 3 bed, 3 bath villas so the tranquillity is second to none.

Conditions

All of the villas at Bahia Azul were built without a connecting hall so to make parents feel safe we have put a connecting door from the master to the twin room which can of course be locked when all adults are present. We have also added a lickable side gate for privacy and your child's safety so they cannot wander outside.

You can pay by transfer or Paypal.

The Fuerteventura region

Fuerteventura is one of the Canary islands blessed with what is arguably the perfect climate. Warm days and a lovely light breeze to keep you cool.

I would recommend you hire a car and get out into the other villages and see the historical sites and get a feel for local life there.

Beaches are truly amazing, anyone on their first trip to Fuerteventura could be mistaken they are in the Caribbean with miles upon miles of vast uncrowded white sand beaches.

Golf, water sports and dune buggies are all available near the villa.

The Corralejo / Parque Natural area

Corralejo and indeed Fuerteventura has many festivals including windsurfing and swimming races and times to celebrate. If you are unsure when to travel visit Fuerteventura.com to find yourself a special date.

Personally I love the vast beaches and it is easy to find a place where you can bring a picnic and be the only person for a mile.

Having visited the set of the English patient in Africa it is like a cross between that dessert feeling and the beaches of the Caribbean only much less crowded.

Flights from the UK are with Thomson and Thomas Cook but what I would do is log onto skyscanner.ie and enter the dates I would like to go and see what they come up with as it saves you searching one by one.

In Ireland you have the option to take flight only with one of the package companies such as Budget or Panorama and again I would find gohop.ie very useful for finding these things.

In terms of car rental there are several companies that have desks in Fuerteventura airport and I find Hertz good and I have used them several times. The drive from the airport to the villa is really easy even for someone who does not like to drive abroad.

"Villa exactly as described, on-site 24 hour security for peace of mind and the area is very quite. Private pool, roof top sunbathing with hot tub and barbeque, perfect holiday. English speaking Help is also at hand if needed. Highly recommended. "

"It is a very beautiful and comfortable villa, which is well maintained and has lots of great facilities, such as - a private swimming pool, Jacuzzi and a barbeque place. it is a very romantic and quite villa, but also suitable for a big family of a group of friends. Every bedroom has its own bathroom and toilet. The living room as specious with open kitchen which has all necessary equipment including a dishwasher. It is a beautiful and comfortable place. It has exceeded our expectations. We had a great holiday."
