Villa Cabana is situated in the Las Casitas area of Corralejo, a quiet, peaceful and relaxing residential area, very individual, within equal walking distance of the famous sand dunes and main resort centre. Ideal for couples. Five minutes walk to the nearest beach.

The single storey villa is very spacious with a feature lounge displaying a wooden pointed ceiling, in a barn or church style giving the impression of being even more spacious.

The villa is furnished in a rustic cottage style and comes well equipped throughout.
The living area consists of: Entrance hallway to lounge, large and spacious with two sets of French windows to the terrace. T.V. and satellite Breakfast bar to well equipped kitchen Two twin bedrooms with very spacious fitted wardrobes with plenty of hanging space, shelves and a safe, with room for a cot if required.
One bathroom with twin sinks and overhead shower.

The villa has a private garden area and a kidney-shaped private heated pool with sun loungers for sunbathing or eating al fresco at the outside table. There is a pergolad patio to the rear of the property which can be reached by the two sets of French doors.
Beautiful views of Lobos Island from the roof sun terrace.

Cancellation Policy
Should you have to cancel your booking the following charges apply :
More than 6 weeks notice - Loss of deposit
4 - 6 weeks notice - 25% of balance will be charged.
2 - 4 weeks notice - 50% of balance will be charged
1 - 2 weeks notice - 75 % of balance will be charged
Less than 1 weeks notice - 100% of balance will be charged.
No refunds will be made for late arrivals or early departures.

Check-in 4 p.m/Check-out 10 a.m.

Minimum stay: 3 days, except July, August, Christmas-New Year and Easter (1 WEEK)

Conditions

25 % deposit is required upon booking, with the balance due within 6 weeks of your departure date.
Preferred method of payment is bank transfer.

Pool heating from October till March.

The Fuerteventura region

Lying close to the Moroccan shore, Fuerteventura is the most sparsely populated of the Canary Islands. There is wonderful diving to be had off the remote Barlovento coast, which is home to the island’s best subtropical marine life.

Inland the rugged volcanic landscape is stunning at sunset, when a drive across the plains shows a staggering variety of colours.

The Corralejo / Las Casitas area

Not far to the villa is a new water park for the children which also includes golf, bowling and restaurants. There are also supermarkets, an ice-cream parour and frienly bars.

The harbour is full of activity and you can take the ferry for a day trip to Lanzarote or visit the unspoilt island of Lobos for a picnic in a glass bottom boat.

The island’s largest and liveliest resort, Corralejo has a twice-weekly market and a good selection of reasonably-priced restaurants and bars. A little plaza in the middle of town is fun at night with musicians performing at the pavement cafés, while a small selection of discos and karaoke bars can be found in a dedicated commercial centre. The incredible windsurfing, surfing and diving conditions in Corralejo attract watersports enthusiasts year after year; boat trips to Lanzarote and the picturesque Isla de Lobos are popular atractions.

• Corralejo is 35 mins from Fuerteventura Airport from where taxis are readily available at an approximate cost of €40.
There are direct flights to Puerto del Rosario from most UK airports.
The cheapest deals are often with Ryanair who fly from Liverpool, East Midlands, Birmingham, Stanstead & Dublin.
Local buses run regularly between the airport and Puerto del Rosario and from there to town

location is perfect with being a few minutes from the beach and a short walk into the town.
We were fortunate to have fantastic weather and we spent a very relaxing 2 weeks by the pool.

Dear Jose,

We've had a wonderful time in your holiday home. Everything was like the
pictures in the add. Give our thanks also to Dee: she had taken care of the
things we had asked for to survive our first evening. And came to change the
towels etc in the week. Very nice.

We have had a very relaxed vacation; so relaxed we've almost missed the
flight back. At the airport we saw that we have been mistaken about the
time: in the weekend earlier (so a week prior) the clock had been set an
hour forward. We haven't noticed it the whole week we were at Fuerteventura.
Silly, isn't it? Luckily, we always take care we have plenty of time to get
to the airport, because we won't take any chance of missing the flight....So
we'd got just on time, pff.

Thanks for your concerns and for the nice holiday. We'll consider going
again next year!
