This homely apartment is on the ground floor and has its own private terrace overlooking the swimming pools and landscaped garden on the quiet and tranquil Oasis Royal. The location is superb - with the beach, shops, restaurants, bars, Baku Water Park, market, bowling alley within 1-5 minutes easy stroll of the apartment - no car hire is necessary. There is free internet access in the apartment and many nearby bars also have free wifi.
The apartment has been refurbished to a high standard, and has many features to make your holiday as enjoyable as possible, including a large selection of games, books, DVDs, CDs and Wii console, accessories & games. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a BBQ on the large, outside terrace.
Oasis Royal is perfect for a quiet, relaxing holiday with the option of adventure and entertainment on its doorstep. The apartment has direct access to the south facing sunbathing area and gardens where there are always plenty of sunbeds. The complex is small and you will often find that you have the pools and gardens to yourself.
The apartment is non-smoking, but guest are welcome to smoke on the large, sheltered terrace. A welcome pack is included in the price to ease you into your holiday and to help keep your packing light, beach towels can be included in the price if you request them.

The lounge is spacious with a large sofa which also features a pull out double bed. An additional comfortable camp bed is available in the second bedroom. There is a flat screen satellite TV, with DVD & CD player, Wii Console and Playstation 2. There are also many DVDs, plenty of contemporary books and board games to enjoy.
The Kitchen has a full oven and grill, microwave, large fridge/freezer and is fully stocked with utensils (including cheese grater, pizza cutter, potato masher, etc). There is an extendable dining table & chairs for 4 people.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed and is spacious with fitted wardrobes, plenty of drawers, large mirror, satellite TV and a safe. Hair dryer, Hair straighteners & 3 fans are included.
Bedroom 2 has twin beds (and an optional camp bed if required) and also has fitted wardrobes and a large mirror.
The bathroom is spacious and has a bath & shower, large mirror and power point for shavers.
Iron & ironing board and plenty of laundry airing space is also included.

The private terrace is spacious and includes table & seating for 6 and a BBQ for alfresco dining. There is a comfortable rattan sofa, perfect for relaxing on. The terrace is shaded (with some sun filtering through) and you can still enjoy the outside on the rare occasions when it rains.
The terrace has a path leading onto the south facing pool and garden area which has 2 pools (including children's) and plenty of sun beds.
For extra security and protection from the sun, the apartment now has shutters to all windows and terrace doors.
There is plenty of parking at Oasis Royal.
Prices given are for 2-4 guests. There is a £25 a week each surchage for persons 5 & 6. Hire of cot, highchair and beach towels are all included in the price (if needed).
A 25% deposit is needed to secure a booking. The balance is due 4 weeks prior to the holiday along with a returnable securities cheque of £150. The deposit is non-returnable unless the week(s) can be rebooked.
Check in time is 1500hrs and check out time is 1100 hrs, but we can be flexible wherever possible.
It may be possible to book other apartments nearby on the complex for larger parties - please enquire for details.
Price is in £, but we are happy to accept euros.
No car hire is necessary and pick up can be arranged from the airport.
The Canary Islands region
Fuerteventura is the second largest of the Canary Islands (after Tenerife) situated approximately 60 miles from the coast of Africa.
It is less developed than Tenerife, Lanzarote and Gran Canaria and has its own unique and special, unspoilt charm.
It is only four hours flying time from the UK and is enjoyed as an all year round sunshine holiday destination (sharing the same latitude as Florida & Mexico). It is a paradise for sun seekers, beach lovers, water sport enthusiasts, retired people and families.
From its violent beginnings (being part of the Canary volcanic hot spot) it is now a geologically peaceful island (no eruptions for 4 -5 thousand years)! It is however next to Lanzarote which is still fairly active, featuring large hardened lava moonscapes and hot craters.
There is now a wealth of things for visitors to do on Fuerteventura as tourism is its main economy. There is a water park, championship golf courses, Botanic gardens and zoo. Near to Correlejo there are miles of unspoilt, protected sand dunes (deposited from the Sahara desert over millions of years) and blue flag beaches. The beaches are very popular with water sport enthusiasts and naturists. The island can also offer opportunities to watch dolphins, whales and even turtles around its shores. You can also go shark fishing and scuba diving (although perhaps not at the same time).
The more adventurous visitor can take surfing, scuba diving and kite surfing lessons. You can also take part in 4x4 off roading excursions over the rough, volcanic and sandy terrain. Or you can just lie down on a beach and take in the suns rays.
The weather, all year round, is sunny (20 – 30 deg C) accompanied by a little cooling breeze on most days. It’s a perfect place to come to escape the winter and stock up on valuable vitamin D!
Correlejo is perhaps the largest of the holiday resorts, situated on the northern tip of Fuerteventura (only 30 minutes from the airport) overlooking Los Lobos and Lanzarote. Its main attraction are the miles of sandy beaches (situated within 5 minutes drive of the apartment).
Correlejo has a pretty harbour lined with many traditional restaurants overlooking the sea. The beaches located within Correlejo have fine sand (with some volcanic rocks) and are sheltered, making them ideal for families. There is a regular ferry service to Lanzarote for those wishing to visit an active volcano or do some shopping.

"10 out of 10"
A great letting experience. Great communication and all questions/concerns promptly answered my Lesley. Everything was top notch, the letting was exactly as displayed and was very 'toddler' friendly. Pick up service was great and Jim made us feel right at home. Lesley met us and gave us a friendly welcome and a great welcome package. We forgot our stroller and that evening Jim showed up with one. I have had many experiences with lettings and this one ranked near the top! Totally relaxed and enjoyed the vacation! The DVD's (Fireman Sam) were a blessing.

"brillant apartment everthing you wanted was their"
Me and wife and extended family have stayed in the oasis before 3rd time and we found that this apartment was very clean and maintained to the highest standard compared to the other places we had stayed. Their was everything that we could possably need in the apartment it was very comfy. Their was a lovely outdoor couch table and chairs and bbq area in the pool area. We would highly recommand this apartment and lesliy to anyone thinking of staying in the area. Brillant holilday.

"Home from home but with sunshine"
my husband and i went with our 15 and 16yr old daughters and we also invited my brother inlaw and his wife.
On arrival we were dropped off in carpark and apartment was easily found. Lesley and Jim had organised a welcome pack which was great after a long flight nice cold bottle of strong bow for us adults. A welcome pack is their explaining everything and places to go which is very helpfull.
Our Apartment was very clean and updated with all mod cons!!! which was great having a full working kitchen and Oven. Great having a washing machine too even managed to do all my washing before leaving. Lesley and Jim look after this apartment very well, they did a week changeover of bedding and towels.
The beds are very comfortable and having the fans helped with the heat.
Shopping centres all close by which my daughters loved and so did the bank balance but we found lots of things resonable prices.
The grounds are always lovely and clean and the pools are cleaned everyday.
these grounds are fab for us sunbathers my daughters and i loved it.
the communal area is lovely everyone respected each others property and space.
we spent a day in Oasis park which is great for all ages and i will be returning again, there shows are short but are fun and intersting their camal ride is well worth the 10euros Zone 1 at entrance is the best. Look out for the chimp at exit hes really funny.
we went to the flag beach cost us 4.80 euros for the four of us the beach is beautifull white sand beautifull water very salty late and sunbeds are for loan for the day. on round 4ish the waves are fab so if you like surfing this is ideal late afternoon. we got a taxi back which cost us 4.90 euros.
we visited couple resturants which we recommend. 1 the lemon tree(this is done a side street look out for a car parked up with the rock cafe on it then you will find lemon tree) we had a sirloin steak this was lovely we all enjoyed this.
slow boat 2 chinese down by sevenpints really nice wide range of choice for all ages this is the most expensive at 11.50 euros but well worth it.
sam maguel both great for food their sandwiches are deliocious and their breakfast is the best in town. their evening entertainment live band are ace they catered for their audience and i have to say its the best band ive seen play live welldone.
We enjoyed the holiday that much we had asked Lesley to rebook us for next year before we left, we cant wait to come back.
Even my two daughters cant wait to come back and they will be 16 and 17.
