The villa is set on a private tranquil complex surrounded by lush gardens on the outskirts of Corralejo. The property has been decorated to the highest standard with luxuries like leather sofas, flat screen SONY TV, DVD, high quality beds and bed linen and furniture and for the hot summer months AIR-CONDITIONING for your comfort. The large communal pool is ideal for soaking up the rays with your own private sunbeds around the pool. The villa also has 2 very private terraces for sunbathing, one with a built in BQQ unit and modern outside furniture for all your Alfresco dining. The complex is only a 5 minutes into the lively town of Corralejo with all its fantastic seafood restaurants, bars, shops and fabulous beaches. Villa Luz is ideal for families, and couples with everything in the villa you could ask for and more. It is a real "home from home" The villa is designed all on one level so it is ideal with families with young children or older guests.
The villa also has recently been extensively extended to provide a totally separate living room and bespoke kitchen which opens out onto a Alfresco terrace and comes fully equipped with integrated appliances and a modern dining area.

The Fuerteventura region
Fuerteventura has some of the best beaches in the world. All the beaches have golden sands and clear blue seas. The climate is warm and sunny all the year round so it is the perfect destination for those winter months. The lovely port of Corralejo has a lively harbour with many restaurants, bars and shops.
Fuerteventura is perfect for water enthusiasts where windsurfing, kitesurfing, surfing, canoeing can be found. In March there is a week long Carnival which is a must.
Corralejo area
Corralejo is a vibrant town with many bars and fine restaurants serving traditional Spanish cuisine. Alongside the stunning beaches there is the brand new BAKU water park with many slides and rides and even a children's area with more gentle slides for the little ones. A aquatic centre and climbing wall and restaurants can also be found. Corralejo also has many well stocked shops. In the capital Puerto De Rosario there is also a large shopping mall.
In March the towns hosts the Carnival which is well worth seeing.

Further details indoors: The separate lounge hosts 2 large chocolate brown leather sofas, a flat screen SONY HD TV, DVD Player with a selction of DVDs, panoramic windows, ceiling fan and is very tastefylly decorated. Thebespoke kitchen is totally separate and is fully equipped to a very high standard which opens out via double doors straight onto a sunny terrace with a table and chairs for all your Alfresco dining. There is also another dining area off the kitchen with a modern blue glass brick wall feature. Both bedrooms have been very tastefully decorated and have superior quality beds and mattresses, (the master bedroom has a king sized bed) both bedrooms have airconditioning (summer months only at a small extra charge). There are 2 bathrooms one with a walk in power shower with massaging jets and a family bathroom with a full suite. The roof terrace has a built in BBQ unit and boasts great views over Flag beach and the famous sand dunes. The complex with only 40 villas is very private and quiet but close enough to the lively town of Corralejo.
Further details outdoors: The villa is set on a small tranquil complex with a very large communal pool with a children's pool alongside. The complex is surrounded by lush gardens and has illuminated pathways on an evening. Both the downstairs terrace and the upper terrace are very private and secure and are ideal with people with young families. Both terraces receive sun all day which is perfect for catching those rays. Around the large communal pool there are your own personal sunbeds.
