Villa Awel Y Mor on Royal Park Village is a tastefully furnished brand new colonial style town house villa with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Included is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, fridge, washing machine and all required kitchen utensils. Complete with private garden/patio area with pool for sole use of guests. Has large sun roof terrace with table and recliner chairs and views towards Corralejo and Los Lobos. Patio furniture and sun loungers in garden area.

Villa has a main living area and 2nd living area with a sofa bed. Situated within the residential area of Corralejo within 2 mins walk to nearest Commercial Centre which includes all amenities, eg supermarket, cafe/bar etc., 10 mins walk to centre of Corralejo, Baku Water Park and beaches.

The Villa has 3 tastefully decorated bedrooms as follows:

Bedroom One:

Consists of one double bed with two bed-side cabinets and lamps, built in wardrobes, ceiling fan, chest of drawers and wall mirror.

Bedroom Two:

With 2 x twin beds, bedside cabinet with lamp, built-in wardrobes with shelving, ceiling fan, chest of drawers and wall mirror.

Bedroom Three:

Master bedroom with french doors opening on to a small veranda overlooking Royal Park Village, one double bed with two bed-side cabinets and lamps, built in wardrobes, ceiling fan, chest of drawers and wall mirror.

All bedroom furniture are rustic style.

Hairdryer, bedding and quilted bedspreads, bath and hand towels provided.

Safe is provided to secure your personal belongings - free of charge.

A bathroom is situated on each floor - each complete with bath, overhead shower, wc, wash basin and bidet.

All bathrooms fully tiled and include mirrors with spot lights and shelving.

Well-equipped kitchen, with granite work tops, includes a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge (with freezer compartment), microwave, kettle, toaster, oven, hob and extractor. Also all cutlery,crockery,utensils one would need whilst staying at the Villa.

Iron, Ironing board and clothes airer, mop/bucket and sweeping brush provided.

Small front gated garden with steps leading to patio area for al fresco dining at side of Villa with pergola to offer shade.

Few steps down to garden area which includes private pool for sole use of guests. Sunbeds provided around pool area.

French doors from top level of Villa leads out to a spacious roof terrace with amazing views of Los Lobos, Corralejo, the Clock Tower of the El Campanario Centre and surrounding areas. Pergola to part of roof terrace.

Changeover days are flexible. Check-in time 2pm. Check-out time 10am - although these times can also be flexible depending on other bookings. Please feel free to make enquiries 1 week before departure.

Short breaks & long lets considered. 10/11 days bookings available.

Arrangements can also be made for rental of a neighbouring Villa at Royal Park Village. Feel free to contact us and we shall make enquiries with the owner as to availability and prices on your behalf. This is a great opportunity for extended friends & families to holiday together but who wish to retain their privacy at their own Villa.

Fuerteventura is the longest island in the Canary archipelago. It boasts privileged weather conditions, lonely heavenly beaches, which turns it into the island of tranquillity, nature, sun, sand and sea...

Once a sleepy fishing village, Corralejo is the principal resort on the island, built around its original harbour the narrow streets in this area house an abundance of shops, restaurants and plazas, but the resort still retains it's unique calmness and tranquillity.

The beaches in the dunes are a main draw to anyone visiting the island and look out onto Lobos island and neighbouring Lanzarote, with the ferries now completing the journey from Corralejo Harbour to Lanzarote in approx. 15 mins.

The main street has numerous shops selling everything from clothes, perfume, leather goods and gifts, in addition there are a varied and interesting choice of restaurants from all over the world.

Corralejo has an amazing array of beaches with powder white sand and turquoise waters. A beach lovers paradise coupled with amazing opportunities to be adventurous on the water sports front.

It is an approx 5 mins walk to the nearest golden sandy beach and about a 5 mins drive to the famous sand dunes. The harbour area has an interesting mix of sandy and rocky areas where you can see locals going about their daily fishing.

Golf

The Fuerteventura Golf Club course is at the resort of Caleta de Fusta.

Travel

The Island of Fuerteventura has only one airport an approx travel of about 40 mins from Corralejo. Transfer can cost an approx 35-40 euros. We can make arrangements for this if need be. Car is not essential because of the location of the villa but is recommended if you wish to explore the Island. There is a ferry crossing over to Lanzarote from the harbour daily - costing an approx 60 euros for 2 adults with car return.

Distances

Only a 2 mins walk to the new Commercial Centre which houses a supermarket, cafe/bar and an abundance of shops. Taxi rank is located to the side of the centre. The only water park on the Island (Baku Water Park) is a short 10 mins walk with the weekly market 2 mins walk further. The beautiful and characteristic old harbour area is an approx 20 mins walk from the villa which has great waterside bars and restaurant.

Corralejo offers a varied and interesting choice of tours and excursions - deep sea fishing, kite buggies/surfing, boogy boarding, wind surfing, snorkelling, scuba diving, dolphin safari, quad tours, jeep safari, glass bottom tours to Los Lobos, island tours, trike tours, Guerreros Combat Game - to name just a few!

"Fantastic Holiday"

We have stayed here twice now and both times we've had a fantastic time. The villa was excellent and equipped with everything that is needed for a great holiday. The villa was spotlessly clean and plenty of space for all of us. We enjoyed swimming in the pool and sunbathing on the ground floor patio and on the sun terrace. This is a great villa in a great location, very close to El Campanario centre and shops. The owner Siwsan was very easy to deal with and also considerate.

"Fantastic villa will definitely going back next year."

"Wow!" We had a fantastic and even better holiday at the villa. The villa and the place itself is great and everything there is nearby, everyone enjoyed themselves very much. My daughter loved the pool, and Keith and Jayne (Property Managers) are lovely people. Thanks for giving us all the information before we went - we visited the Aqua Park, Lanzaroti, beach and listen to the music every night at some point in the El Campanario over the road as well. Best holiday yet I think! Back to work today - but I have my nice brown tan that reminds me of a great holiday and you never know maybe we'll go again next year - an ideal place for children and we felt safe there.

"Fantastic Villa,everything you needed was there,close to all amenities"

First class service.Lovely villa,everything you needed was there,& with 3 bathrooms there was no queuing.Excellent location for the beaches,shopping centre and Baku water park. Good shops to buy gifts,and good restaurants and cafes which were fairly priced.Being able to book a day out to Lanzarote was great.Have booked to go back again in August 2013.

"Best Villa we have holidayed in"

this is the best villa we have ever stayed in, it was spotlesly clean with plenty of bedding,towels and a well equiped kitchen with all the cooking and washing faciloities you would need it was set out on 3 floors and gave plenty of space for privacy for a group of couples, the roof top patio was large enough for all to dine and well furnished,the ground floor patio/sun terrace had ample room for sunbathing and having a barbeque, with the addition of a private pool. all this in a great location and holiday resort , cant wait to go again

"Excellent villa."

The villa was very clean with everything working.
Local shopping centre/supemarket is only 2mins walk fromn the villa and it's less 10 mins easy walk to the beach and main street area.
Siwsan (the owner) was very easy to deal with and had no problems dealing with her at all. Our deposit was returned promptly.
