About the home

The apartment itself has a large bedroom with a new and confortable double bed, dresser, mirror and fitted wardrobe. The bathroom includes a bath and overhead shower. The kitchen has a fridge/freezer,hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and iron and is fully stocked with crockery and cutlery. There is a washing machine also fitted. The kitchen is open plan leading to the living area. The large lounge has 1 sofa bed and matching chair, as well as a TV/DVD player and over 300 channels . Outside there is a large balcony with a table and sun loungers which is ideal for outdoor dining.i do have also a hairdryer and i provide towels.

Atlantic garden has 3 pools, tennis courts, basketball, 5-aside football large balcony, laundry facilities, children's play area, reception, small pool bar and restaurant which serves lovely food and is very reasonably priced. There is a weekly bbq, a paella night and happy hour every day at the pool bar. The staff are very friendly and speak very good English. There is a reception area which is open until midnight, you may hire equipment from here, there is also four computers with Internet access.
Next door to the complex is the campinario centre where you will find a Netto supermarket, designer boutiques, wine bars, coffee bars, small bowling alley and an outdoor area where there is entertainment most evenings. There is also a local artisan market every second sunday. Take a hike up to the tower bell clock where you will have magnificent views over corralejo.

A short stroll will take you to a small beach with white sand and turquoise waters which is very calm and child friendly, with small friendly beach bars.

A further 5 mins will take you to the high street where there are shops bars restaurants which leads down to the music square where there is a quaint Spanish theme.
Another 5 mins in the other direction of the high street will take you to the Baku waterpark and themepark which has hotel terror, bingo, children's play areas, American diner, Rubik palace ,ten pin bowling. In this area there is the large outdoor market on Mondays and Fridays.

The Fuerteventura region

Without doubt Fuerteventura has some of the most impressive beaches in the whole of Europe.
You can enjoy over 3000 hours of sunshine a year and is the second largest of the Canary Islands. It is the most unspoilt of the islands, and its rugged volcanic landscape has a beauty of its own. The hills and coastline are dotted with towns and villages and the beaches on the island are fantastic.

The island is known for its almost constant offshore breeze, which makes wind and kite surfing so popular along with many other water sports. You have white sandy beaches and the temperature is all year around between 25 to 28 degree.

The Corralejo / Atlantic Gardens area

Corralejo is the most popular of the resorts on Fuerteventura. Originally a fishing village the Old Town still retains its Canarian charm, along with its windmills!! It is located at the very top of the island next to the famous sand dunes of the Parque Natural with their Saharan sand. The ferry to Lanzarote runs from the pretty harbour in the old town area of Corralejo.

There are many bars and restaurants in the town catering for all tastes as well as ample shopping. There are many beacheas arount the toen included the famous FLAG BEACH were you can do kite surfing. The nearest to the apartment is the Waikiki beach which is child friendly and 2 min. walk. The complex has 120 flat and in next door to the new Campanario shopping Centre.

“Lovely accomadation but....” Lovely clean apartment and when we arrived there was wine and a few essentials left for us.No problem with the apartment itself just the the complex! Cats....i love cats,have a cat myself but there are 17 cats at this accomadation and they are everywhere.Go the bar and 1 wil be on your bed when you get back.Dont get me wrong there not dirty or aggresive,in fact some are friendly,but i they are round the pool all day. There was a strong smell of sewerage and there were flies all round the pool area as well as ants.

“A well appointed, comfortable appt with nice extras, situated in a relaxing and quiet complex/” This privately owned apt. is well equipped and well situated in the complex . Two very clean pools , and spacious sunbathing areas around the pool with many sunbeds. Live music by the pool bar in the afternoons. sky tv , pool and table tennis. Internet access in the hotel reception. The pool bar serves varied snacks . excellent supermarket and modern shopping centre next door. pleasant walk into town. 5 minute walk to the lovely beaches. we love Corralejo by the harbour and the seven mile beach. take a trip on the free bus to the zoo ..an excellent trip and visit El Cottilla, a lovely village by the sea with a lovely lagoon and a lovely restaurant overlooking the sea. bus services excellent and reasonable.

We found yoour apartment very clean and tidy and it was located in a good location of the complex,we got entry around
hour early which was great,washing machine was an added bonus,water and beer left in Fridge also was a very nice touch,plenty of books to read whilst relaxing on the balcony.


Your apartment was unbeatable value for money and provided us with everything we needed for our stay in Corralejo. We particularly enjoyed the wonderful balcony and swimming pool areas, and found the complex generally peaceful and well maintained.


Will we return,yes we will definitely, and when we do, Simone will be the first person we call to see if ther apartment is available.

We travelled to Fuerteventura for the first time and were looking to find a cosy apartment in Corralejo (as this is the most beautiful part of the island with miles and miles of white sand beaches on your doorstep.)

The apartment and the Atlantic Gardens complex has 3 swimming pools and it is in a very central location which makes walking to the centre of town very easy. Our little one ( 2 years old ) couldn't get enough of splashing in the kid's pool almost every evening on the way back from the beach. Flag beach is quite easy walk for the more adventurous or taxi will cost you only 5EUR each way..

Simone's apartment is clean, spacious and perfectly located to catch the sunshine from early in the morning to late in the evening. We took advantage of the cool bags and ice packs on a daily basis which kept our drinks and snacks cool on the beach.

Would we go back again..... definitely, and when we do, Simone will be the first person we call to see if her apartment is available.



Best tip we can give you is to take a day out to visit Oasis Park (which is a tropical zoo park on the south of the island…). We hired a car for a week but there are free coaches travelling here on a daily basis. You’ll enjoy the park as it’s a contrast to the rest of the island with plenty of greenery and a wonderful animal shows – remember to go see the sea lions :o)

We had a wonderful time in your flat and such a good holiday we would hope to get back again some time shortly. In the end we didn't hire a car but used the local bus services to go to El Cotillo, the flag beach, Puerto del rosario etc. The bus stops are convenient to the apartment and the bus fares are very reasonable at only a few euros. Having the shopping centre next door is a big bonus with its shops, supermarket and two bars. There is also music in the centre a couple of nights a week. Would definitely recommend your flat to anyone going to the area as it is also very handy for the beach and the old town.

Hi Simona,
We have just returned from holidaying in Feurteventura and taken the advantage of staying in your apartment. Whilst Feurteventura is lovely we have to say it was the apartment that made the holiday. Having the DVD player, Radio – CD Player and Satellite Television does make a real difference to a holiday, as does having the choice being able to sunbathe on your Apartments Balcony or by the Atlantic Gardens 3 pools. We used to sunbathe on the balcony then stroll down to the pool for a cool off swim - brilliant. Then as the sun started to set we loved sitting on the balcony and enjoy our evening meal with a glass of wine (or two) bought from the incredibly handy Hyper Dino Supermarket. We did on two occasions take advantage of the nearby restaurants and whilst they were nice we preferred to eat ‘in house.’ All in all a wonderful holiday – Jan is returning with her mum later in the year so she can enjoy the whole experience.

We had a great holiday in your apartment. As you know we stayed in a different apartment earlier in the year, and we could not believe the contrast between the two. Yours was extremely well presented, clean and had lot's of little homely extras which made all the difference. In particular we were were pleased with the cable TV and DVD, the washing machine and the fact you provided such necessary items as washing up liquid, tea towels, toilet rolls and washing powder. The location was also very good with the view of the pool from the bedroom and the daytime sun on the balcony.

We will definitely be recommending you to anybody who goes to Corralejo! :-)

Had a superb holiday in this well appointed apartment. Very clean within a mature-planted complex which is extremely handy to beach & town. Particularily liked the private, sunny balcony and the inclusion of DVD/CD player. Although weather was not Canarian typical we easily managed without the need to hire a car. The apartment was very comfortable and was one of the best we have stayed in on Fuert since we started visiting in 1992. Very relaxing and quiet complex. Very pleased to find an espresso coffee maker in the kitchen cupboard. We usually take our own but forgot to pack it. We would definitely recommend the apartment and hope to use it again.
