This beautiful 1st floor south facing apartment is directly overlooking the large freshwater swimming pool area consisting of a large freeform pool and seperate children's freshwater pool. All surrounded by stunning botanical gardens with recently installed WIFI. Onsite tennis/multi use court and fully equipped gymnasium is available for your personal use . Situated in a prime location in the complex having the benefit of the beautiful Canarian sun from early morning until late evening. The fully equiped apartment sleeps up to 4 people, (ideal for a couple or a family), in comfort and is a perfect base for anyone who wants to be close to the centre of Corralejo, (15mins walk) or to the beaches, with white sand and turquoise waters which are very calm and child friendly with small friendly beach bars. The sand dunes are close by.
This lovely apartment is well located in Corralejo just a few hundred yards from a new commercial shopping centre complete with high street shops,bars and restaurants.
The nearby Baku Family Park, complete with its waterpark, American diner, ten pin bowling is a mere 10 mins walk. There is also a twice weekly market held here.

The apartment is situated on the first floor and the accommodation sleeps up to 4 people.
Within the bedroom there is a double bed with a large wardrobe with shelf storage and plenty of hanging space for your clothes, also there is a ceiling fan for your added conveniece on those warm uncomfortable nights.
There is a pull out double sofa bed in the lounge and storage provided along with a free standing fan.
In the kitchen is a breakfast bar dining area, or you can dine al fresco on the spacious balcony with patio furniture overlooking the pool.
The kitchen contains all you need for that home from home feeling, including kettle, toaster, hob, microwave with grill, fridge (with top ice box), washing machine, iron/ironing board and all the utensils and crockery you will need. A cool bag, freezer blocks and plastic plates and cutlery for that picnic out are provided for your use.
The bathroom is fully tiled with a walk in overhead shower, handbasin, bidet, w.c with a large mirror and plug socket for shavers.
A safe in the apartment is provided for your use free of charge.

There is a spacious balcony with table and chairs overlooking the pool area, perfect for breakfast in the sun or a drink before dinner. It captures the sun for the majority of the day, the hottest part of the day has full sun here if you wish to relax on the balcony. The area is well lit so you can sit out here all evening.
Large well maintained swimming pools with sunbeds provided and beautiful gardens. There is a shared tennis court and fully equipped gym on the complex.
Entrance to the complex is via a locked door.

A signed rental contract and a non-refundable £60 deposit is required to confirm your stay.
A £60 breakage deposit is to be paid with the balance (6 wks prior to departure). This will be refunded within 2 weeks of your return (subject to a satisfactory inspection)
The balance is payable 6 weeks before departure date.
No smoking is allowed IN the apartment, though smoking is permitted on the balcony and exterior areas.
The apartment will be cleaned prior to your arrival and on departure. Midweek cleans can be arranged at an additional price upon request. Stays of 2 weeks or more are inclusive of a weekly clean.
An English Representative will meet you at the complex with the keys and show you to your apartment.
Please ensure you have your own travel insurance to cover any medical treatment, luggage lost in transit, theft and transport delays. The owner accepts no liability for loss or damage caused during your stay and is not responsible for on site facilities. Should the owner be aware of any problems you will be notified asap.

The Fuerteventura region


With 3000hrs of sunshine per year Fuerteventura is the closest Canary Island to the African coast.
Fuerteventura is regarded as the oldest of the Canaries and its strange contours come from various volcanic episodes. The last eruption occured around 7000 years ago so you should be pretty safe! Should you wish to see some volcanic activity, take a trip to the neighbouring island of Lanzarote, it is well worth a visit.
Water sports are very popular in Fuerteventura, every year, hundreds of windsurfers, surfers and divers descend on Fuerteventura and during July the island is host to the P.W.A world windsurfing and speed slalom event
Its miles and miles of broad sandy beaches and golden sand dunes with all year round sunshine make Fuerteventura the ideal holiday resort for everyone.
There is plenty to see on the island, to name a couple; the street carnival in Corralejo which is held in Feb/March where there is the crowning of the 3 queens.....child, woman and drag queen. Must be seen to be appreciated! Also a trip to Oasis Park in the south is one not to missed, it hosts an animal park, camel safari, botanical garden, reptile show, parrots and sea lions.
The golf course is spectacular at Caleta de Fuste, only 30 mins drive.
The Corralejo / Residencial Las Dunas area
As resorts go in the Canary Islands, Fuerteventura is one of the prettiest, especially around the harbour and the beaches that lead to the sand dunes that protect the Natural Park.
Although Corralejo is a bustling resort,there is a chilled out vibe to the area. The resort has numerous bars, restaurants and shops.
A short 10 minute walk from the complex is the Baku waterpark, which consists of 3 different themeparks-
The AQUATIC park with a variety of slides, wave pool and mini golf.
The ANIMAL experience - admire the different animals and experience swimming with the sealions.
PARQUE EUROPA - hosts a variety of activities, dine in one of the restaurants and drink in the La Terraza and visit the Haunted Hotel. There is a large outdoor market which is on twice a week (Monday and Friday 8-2pm)which is well worth a visit. A boat trip to Lanzarote for a change of scenery and a leisurely walk around the island of Los Lobos are well worth a visit. These can be accessed from the many trips arranged from the harbour. The harbour still manages to retain a small fishing village feel about it, The restaurants, bars and cafes near the harbour area offer stunning views out to sea and are perfect for long lunches, dinners, or quick snacks or drinks. The best fish restaurants one could taste are here.
The watersports choice in Corralejo is excellent, with everything ranging from windsurfing, wind kiting, sailing and surfing.
There is a beautiful Canarian style shopping centre called 'El Campanario,' this is a few minutes stroll away. Even if you are not a keen shopper its well worth a visit , just to sit and chill in the plaza or go to the top of the bell tower and take in the sights of Corralejo. In the heart of the centre is a pretty central area with a water fountain where you can have something to eat and drink. There is a central bell tower which chimes out the hours with the musical tunes and a few little avenues with shops to wander down, so you can stay out of the sun for a while if you wish. On the first and third sunday of each month there is a Canarian market set up in the square, where you can buy objects of art, local produce, flowers and many other items.

The apartment complex is spacious without being too large, the layout in a square around the central pool area restricted to two storey height giving a lovely open feel. The gardens are very varied and excellently maintained. The complex is also very secure, access being through locked doors. The apartment itself is ideal, being on the second floor with a south facing balcony overlooking the pool area. Lovely for that evening glass of wine in the late sunshine! It is well maintained, spotlessly clean and offers all facilities required including TV,DVD etc. As far as we were concerned, the only thing lacking were egg cups! |

Stayed here for a week in July and although temperature was very high the lovely winds made it bearable. The apartment was well equipped with all that we needed. Nice view of the pool and the spacious balcony had the sun on it most of the day. There was a small supermarket 2 minutes walk away and a few more minutes a lovely shopping centre with a large supermarket and lots of little shops and boutiques. The main high street in the town with all the bars and restaurants was about 15 minutes walk. Lots of different places to eat and plenty of shops. We would highly recomment anyone to stay here and hopefully we wil be back soon. |
