It provides excellent value for families with children and couples of all ages. The complex is close to the town centre, the water park and the beach. There are supermarkets and bars within 200 metres of the reception.
The apartment has a large balcony with pool views which is furnished to enable you to relax outside. With one twin bedroom and a double sofa bed, the apartment is ideal for families. The apartment benefits from a great swimming pool which includes a separate children's area. It also has a tennis court, gym and beautiful gardens.

There are a variety of superb restaurants and bars within walking distance of the apartment. Restaurants in Corralejo cater for everyone and include Chinese, Indian, Italian, American and many more! The closest bar and supermarket are only 200 metres away on the same street as the apartment.

We will always try to offer the option of staying in the apartment until you need to leave for the airport.
Arrangements can be made to rent the neighbouring apartment at Residencial Las Dunas. This is a great opportunity for couples, extended families and friends to holiday at the same complex but who wish to retain their privacy in their own apartment.
Conditions
A signed booking form and a non-refundable £60 deposit is required to confirm your booking.
A £60 breakage deposit is paid with the holiday balance 8 weeks prior to departure. This will be refunded within 2 weeks of your return (subject to a satisfactory inspection). We have refunded 100% of the breakage deposits so far.
Smoking is permitted on the balcony and exterior areas.
We have an English Representative who will meet you at the complex with the keys and show you to your apartment. Airport pick ups can be arranged for you.
Please ensure you have your own holiday insurance to cover any medical treatment, luggage lost in transit, theft and transport delays.

The Fuerteventura region
Fuerteventura is the closest Canary Island to the African coast and benefits from 3000hrs of sunshine per year. It is regarded as the oldest of the Canaries and its vast contours come from various volcanic eruptions.
Water sports are very popular in Fuerteventura and every year hundreds of windsurfers, surfers and divers come to Fuerteventura. The weather and conditions are so good that in July the island is host to the Professional Windsurfers Association world windsurfing and speed slalom event.
The island benefits from miles and miles of broad sandy beaches and golden sand dunes. Combine this with all year round sunshine and Fuerteventura is the ideal holiday resort.
There is an excellent golf course (Par 72) at Caleta de Fuste which is a pleasant 30 mins drive from Corralejo.
The Corralejo / Residencial Las Dunas area
As resorts go in the Canary Islands, Corralejo is the prettiest by far. It offers you the chance to experience a bustling resort or to just chill out by the pool. It has a beautiful harbour and beaches that lead to the world famous sand dunes of Fuerteventura.
The harbour still retains a small fishing village feel about it with restaurants, bars and cafes offering stunning views out to sea that are perfect for long lunches, dinners, or quick snacks and drinks. The best fish restaurants are found here with fish straight from the sea to your plate. The resort has a great selection of bars, restaurants and shops that cater for everyone.
The water sports choice in Corralejo is excellent, with everything ranging from windsurfing, wind kiting, sailing and surfing.
There is a beautiful Canarian style shopping centre called 'El Campanari' just a few minutes stroll from the complex. It is well worth a visit just to sit and chill in the plaza or go to the top of the bell tower and take in the sights of Corralejo. On the first and third Sunday of each month there is a Canarian market set up in the square, where you can buy objects of art, local produce, flowers and many other items.
As you can see there is no shortage of exciting things to see and do on this beautiful island.

The apartment was nice and clean and had everything we needed. It was fine for a family with small children but would be cramped for 4 adults - the balcony helps! The complex was great - good pool (bit cold early in the year), tennis courts, gym and boules area. Good quiet location, only a short walk to a large supermarket or the Dunes. |

Our third visit to this complex and we found it as always quiet and relaxing. Apartment has all you really need for your stay. Would like a few more english tv channels but dont really go to watch tv its only on the odd evening that it would be handy. Overall a lovely well furnished apartment. We will be back. |
