About the home

This new villa is located in the Parque Natural area of Corralejo and offers a high level of privacy and luxury. The accommodation comprises 3 double, en-suite bedrooms which all open onto a private, heated, lagoon shaped pool within a central courtyard.

The property has been furnished to an extremely high standard and offers a luxury base for either relaxing and enjoying the sun in total seclusion or exploring the town of Corralejo and beautiful island of Fuerteventura.

This newly completed villa is furnished to a very high standard throughout. The accommodation comprises 3 bedrooms (2 double and 1 twin) all with fiited wardrobes and en-suite bathrooms. All 3 bedrooms have direct access to the totally private inner courtyard and heated, lagoon shaped pool. Please note that bedrooms 2 and 3 are accessed only via the inner courtyard and do not interconnect with the main living area. Please take this into consideration if planning a holiday with small children.

The lounge/dining area seats 6 people in comfort and again opens into the inner courtyard area. Satellite TV with BBC and ITV channels has been installed and there is a Playstation 3 with some games are provided.

The kitchen is fully equipped and stocked with everything that you could possibly need during your stay. There is an oven, hob, dishwasher and fridge freezer. A washing machine is located on the rooftop terrace.

Further details outdoors:
Within the inner courtyard of the property there is a completely private terrace area with sunbeds and a heated, lagoon shaped pool. The gardens are landscaped and beautifully maintained. There is a roof terrace with a BBQ, washing machine and dining area.

The outside areas all have artificial grass which is very safe for young children as well as looking beautiful in Fuerteventura's arid climate. The grass also covers the stairs to the roof terrace to ensure a non-slip surface.

Within the complex there are spa facilities and shops plus a catering service to your door should you want to 'order in'. These facilities will be available from August onwards, the clubhouse is already open with bar and restaurant facilities.

The Fuerteventura region

Fuerteventura in the Canary Islands is great for all year round sunshine. The island has much to offer, including great beaches, watersports & golf.

Whether your looking to relax & unwind or explore a little then the island has something to offer for all the family. Fuerteventura also offers plenty of 'Naturist Friendly' Beaches.

You can enjoy the long stretches of sandy beaches, try your hand at windsurfing, hop on a quad or a trike, visit La Lajita Zoo, enjoy a camel ride, have a fun filled day in the water part or while away the hours with a few rounds of golf. (we now have three 18 hole & one nine hole golf course).

Dont forget for those who want to see a little more of the Canary Islands, Lanzorote is just a short boat trip away from the harbour in the resort of Corralejo.

A car is not always essential for your holiday, but you might like to hire one for a few days to explore more of the island. Alternatively a frequent & reliable bus service can take you to the main parts of the island.

The Corralejo / Parque Natural area

This villa is a ten minute drive from the centre of Corralejo where there is excellent shopping and a wide choice of restaurants and bars.
The centre of Corralejo offers excellant shopping and a wide choice of bars and restaurants.There are also several, delightful, cove-like beaches in this area, many of them with a beach bar or restaurant alongside them. They serve snacks and delicious fresh fish and are idyllic places in which to while away the long hours of Fuerteventura sun. These beaches are connected by an attractive, sea front path, which leads into the original, fishing harbour and there are surf centres dotted along this stretch, at regular intervals. The superb, Baku Water Park has massive, water slides, spectacular wave machines and an adjacent 18- hole mini-golf. The on-site Animal Experience offers shows and interactive activities, including swimming with sharks and sea lions. There is also a haunted house, a pirate ship, a few theme restaurants and the bustling and colourful, twice weekly, street market is held here.

The very attractive Campanario shopping centre has several good restaurants in its pretty plaza, as well an excellent choice of tax-free shopping in shops such as Springfields. It is open seven days a week and is located right next to this apartment. There are wonderful views of Corralejo from the pretty bell tower and you can enjoy live music and a small Canarian market every Sunday.

The bustling, charming, old harbour area of Corralejo is the original, fishing village in the north of Fuerteventura. The area has trendy, little shops and many restaurants, cafes and bars along the sea wall, offering stunning views out to sea. From here there are regular ferries to the neighbouring islands of Lanzarote and the gorgeous, unpopulated, island of Lobos, as well as several marine excursions, including catamaran trips and glass bottom boats.

Fuerteventura is home to some of the world’s most stunning beaches, which form part of a national park. A seven mile stretch of glistening, white, sands lead into pure, azure seas and are backed by sparkling, white dunes attracts many to Corralejo. There is world class windsurfing available along this stretch, including the well known Flag Beach and the sight of the sky filled with colourful kite surfers is truly magnificent. There is an excellent bus service from the centre of Corralejo to the dune beaches and it is also possible to rent bikes in the resort. Fuerteventura has been popular with naturists for many years and there are areas of the dune beaches where they can feel comfortable and are not overlooked.

From Corralejo it is a 40 kilometre drive to the resort of Caleta de Fuste, a holiday resort with two 18-hole, championship golf courses. Correlajo also now boasts its own 9-hole course

Puerto del Rossario, the capital of Fuerteventura, is a few minutes from the airport and a fifteen minute drive from Caleta de Fuste. Las Rotondas, a four-storey 30,000m² shopping centre is located here, with UK retailers such as C&A and H&M, as well as the big Spanish chains: Zara, Springfield, Cortefiel, Massimo Dutti, Jack&Jones, Pull and Bear etc. The top floor has cafes, restaurants and arcades.

Just to let you know we had an absolutely wonderful time in this beautiful Villa and will not be hesitating in booking with you again in the future. it was, by far, the most relaxing ten days i have spent away surrounded by some of the most beautiful landscape. The pool, the hot tub, the kitchen were all of the highest standard and the bottle of Cava on arrival was a lovely touch. I will be sure to pass your details on to friends and family after such an amazing stay and would book again tomorrow if i could! Mar 2009


We thought the Villa was beautfiul and it exceeded our expectations in all areas. It was very well equipped/furnished, clean and very comfortable. We found the welcome pack of food to be a nice surprise and thought had obviously gone into ensuring most tastes were accommodated for. I also found all of the information contained within handbook useful and thought the supply of games for the playstation/books and magazines/leaflets a really nice touch. The jacuzzi went down a big hit with the whole family and the artificial grass prevented all areas from becoming slippy. Having a cleaner and the pool cleaner attend, whilst our holiday was less than 2 weeks, was a nice surprise also. It was obvious that a great deal of thought has been put in to ensure folks (like ourselves) enjoy the villa whilst staying. The Bahia Azul complex was private/quiet/secure and well kept and was easily found with the directions given. July 2009

Had a lovely 2 weeks - villa was excellent. Very lazy "pool" holiday. Although we didn't hire a car, it was easy to get a cab into town for dinner so no pain there! Eat at some excellent restaurants in town - particular favourites were El Bribon and El Sombrero - really high standard for the price. August 2009

We have come back home, unfortunately our holidays period it is over :( We have enjoyed beautiful days in Fuerteventura, our stay in Casa Rosey was more than wonderful, everything was perfect August 2009
