This apartment offers great value holiday accommodation,is in an excellent location, is a frontline apt overlooking the stunning swimming pool area, only a 5 min walk to the centre of Corralejo,and less than a10 min walk to Corralejo beach, and is only 50 metres from the new Baku Water Park The complex has a wide range of facilities from a children's playground, tennis, volleyball, basketball, and tabletennis so you can be sure the children will be kept entertained.

There is also a mini market, bars, and a al a carte restaurant on site.

Accommadation consists of 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, bedside tables, wardrobe and dressing table.
The kitchen has a fridge, 2 ring ceramic vitro hob, toaster, kettle, & other kitchen utensils.
The bathroom is a full bathroom with bath.
The sittingroom has a sofabed, armchair, dining table for 4, chest of craw.

There are 4 different swimming pools, 1 outdoor swimming pool, 1 salt water pool, & 1 children's pool. There is a snack / pool bar, sunbathing terrace with sunloungers available, also a gym & tennis facilities, 2 playgrounds for the children, and bicycles for hire.

There is also a mini market, bar, a la carte restaurant available on site.

Children are welcome, long term renters welcome, non smoking only, pets not allowed, not suitable for elderly or infirm.

Conditions

A deposit of 30% is required to secure your booking. The balance is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival. Check in is after 12:00am on day of arrival, and check out is before 10:30am on day of departure.

If no other guests are arriving / departing on the same day then other arrangements are possible.

It is the responsibility of the guests to organise their own personal / travel insurance.

A damage / breakage deposit of €100 is required, which is fully refundable upon inspection of the apartment after guests have departed.

A complimentary welcome pack is supplied .

The Fuerteventura region

The Island of Fuerteventura enjoys year round sunshine and is perfect for that relaxing break at any time of the year. The infamous sand dunes are only a short distance away (approx 2 kms ) ,from where the apt is located, they really are a must see : miles of white sandy beach, and the most amazing torquoise blue water, they are second to none.
The island of Fuerteventura is a windsurfers paradise,with a variety of different watersports available.There are jeep safaris available, you can visit the neighbouring Island of Lanzarote,the ferry crossing takes approx 25 mins.

The Corralejo / Oasis Dunas area

The old town and harbour area of Corralejo whilst retaining it's charm and quaintness is abundant with bars, and a variety of restaurants that cater for all tastes and appetites.
Along the High Street, there are many shops, from which you can purchase quality leather goods, jewellry, cameras etc.
The Baku water park is within walking distance from the complex, as is the outdoor market held every Friday.Corralejo beach is a 10min leisurely stroll, there are bars & restaurants to have lunch,or a sundowner.

There is just one 1 Airport in Fuerteventura, Puerte Del Rosario (FUE) . Flight time from Ireland is approx 41/2 hrs . Flight times from England is approx 4 hrs.
Transfer time from the airport is approx 30 mins.
