Home description

This is a well furnished and spacious property. This newly built townhouse sleeps 6 people in comfort; it consists of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and has stunning views from its roof terrace. The property is in a new and very peaceful complex and overlooks beautiful gardens and communal pools.

Its central location makes it perfect for families and couples. Just a 10 min stroll to the main street, harbour area and town beach. Golf and water park nearby, shops, bars and restaurants just a 2 min walk.

There are four swimming pools on the complex, two of which are directly in front of our patio area, perfect for keeping a watch on the children. The pool area is really quiet and secluded, surrounded by beautiful tropical trees and flowers, just great for those "lazy days and evenings".

The Fuerteventura region

Corralejo / El Sultan area

Corralejo started life as a small fishing village but it has grown to become one of the islands main resorts. At its centre is the old port and harbour from where ferries sail to Lanzarote every two hours daily, the crossing takes only 35 minutes and makes a great day out.

A trip to Lobos Island, a nature reserve, can be made from the same harbour. boasting beautiful, safe, sandy beaches and crystal clear blue water, if you want to get away from it all it's another great day out.

The harbour itself is surrounded by cafés and restaurants and is a lovely place to relax and watch the boats or sip a nice glass of wine and just let the world pass you by.

A new addition to Corralejo is the Baku Water Park complete with water slides, a golf driving range, a lazy river, its own bars and shops, also the local market which is open every Monday and Friday selling, among other things, original African artwork, if you like a bargain and a chance to haggle and barter then this could be the place for you.

Corralejo town is situated between a massive expanse of white sand dunes and crystal clear water.

Making this a luxury holiday home.

The roof terrace has nice views over to Lanzarote and nearby Los Lobos Island. A nice feature of this terrace is that it can be a comfortable place for sunbathing as it attracts a cooling breeze.

The patio area at poolside is south facing and attracts the sun from early morning to evening, all the year round.
