About the home

This is a large detached villa which is set on a large 500sq metre plot with gardens all around the property containing tropical plants. There is also a private HEATED swimming pool ( heated in winter) The villa also boasts a private hot tub with 52 massaging jets and colour changing lights located just next to the HEATED pool. The property has been furnished to a very high modern standard with a contemporary finish to give guests the best comfort during their stay. The villa also has a UK TV system installed with BB1, BBC2 , ITV 1 and Channel 4 so no need to miss your soaps. WIFI internet is also available in the villa. There is also an adundance of sunbathing space either around the pool or on the large roof terrace which boasts panoramic views of Corralejo, Lobos and Lanzarote. For those who like Alfresco dining there is a BBQ area and also outside dining space with outdoor sofa and chairs for your comfort. The town of Corralejo is only 5 mins drive away where you can find plenty of bars, restaurants and shops. The famous sand dunes and beaches with stunning golden sand and aqua blue seas perfect for familes or watersports enthusiasts are also only 5 mins drive away from the villa. Corralejo has many fabulous restaurants serving all international cuisine.

The beaches are perfect for water enthusiasts and famalies with small children.

Luxury Villa (3 bedrooms, sleeps 6)

A contemporary modern living room with a large L modern sofa along with a state of the art flat screen television complemented with a Sony cinema surround DVD player with a huge selection of DVDs. for all ages, and an IPOD docking . The villa now has UK TV installed with BB1, BBC2, ITV1 and Channel 4. The dining area consists of a large wooden table with x 6 contemporary cream high backed chairs and large patio doors lead out from the dining area straight onto the large sun terrace with another outside dining area and relaxing area overlooking the private pool and hot tub.

Kitchen

A large separate modern kitchen with granite worktops with full oven, x 4 ring ceramic hob, stainless steel extractor, microwave. Kettle, toaster, juicer, sandwich toaster, microwavable bottle sterilizer, cool box and all kitchen utensils which you will need during your stay in the villa.

Bedrooms

Spacious master bedroom with bathroom en suite has a king sized bed. Fitted double wardrobes with shelves and built in safe deposit box, chest of drawers, bedside tables with lamps, mirror and remote operated ceiling fan.

Bedroom 2 and 3

Both bedrooms have twin beds with built in wardrobes, bedside cabinet, with bedside light, remote operated ceiling fans. All bedrooms have been fitted with very high quality beds and mattresses for your comfort during your stay.

Separate Utility room

1000 spin automatic washing machine with with ironing and drying facilities.

The villa is built on a large plot which is very private and has a walled garden surrounding the villa. There is a private HEATED swimming pool (heated only in the winter months), and a hot tub which is kept at an ambient temperature for your comfort. There is also a large roof terrace for sunbathing with panoramic views. The villa has a BBQ area with dining furniture for Alfresco dining. Around the private pool there is plenty of sunbathing space with x 6 sunbeds and an outside shower. Secure parking is also available with a large gated drive at the side of the villa. The villa is situated on a small cul-de-sac and is the largest plot of 500 sq metres

A 20% booking fee is required to secure the booking of the accommodation and full payment must be paid in full 8 weeks before commencement of holiday.

The pool heating i charged at 65 Euros per week and is bookable in advance ( available only in the winter months )

A £150 per week ,security deposit is payable which is fully refundable after the property has been check

The Fuerteventura region

Fuerteventura is a great destination for families and young couples alike. The beaches are stunning and are often compared to the Carribean beaches with sunshine all year round. The flight time is only 4 hours so the island can be easily reached from the UK. There is also lots of watersports available in Fuerteventura ie windsurfing, kitesurfing and surfing.

The Corralejo area

Corralejo is a vibrant town with many bars and fine restaurants serving traditional Spanish cuisine. Alongside the stunning beaches there is the brand new BAKU water park with many slides and rides and even a children's area with more gentle slides for the little ones. A aquatic centre and climbing wall and restaurants can also be found. Corralejo also has many well stocked shops. In the capital Puerto De Rosario there is also a large shopping mall.

In March the towns hosts the Carnival which is well worth seeing.
