About the home

Villa Andrea is a luxurious 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa with private pool situated in the peaceful town of Villaverde with stunning sea & mountain views. The villa is elevated away from the main roads with quaint rural bars and 4 of the most reputable restaurants on the island. Being only 15 minutes from the unspoilt lagoon beaches of El Cotillo and 10 minutes from the lively resort of Correlejo with its many bars & restaurants, water park, port and miles of sand dunes. The villa is decorated to an exceptionally high standard and has every mod con to ensure it is a home from home. The pool area is completely surrounded by large terraces, beautiful mature gardens with its own bar & BBQ area. There are four further terraces around the villa for your alfresco dining.

The property is set in 1100m plot with mature landscaped gardens. The pool size is approx 9x8m and is in the shape of a grand piano. There are sun loungers and a separate dining area for 6 by the brick built BBQ. There is a shaded pool bar with a fridge and electric should you wish to use the radio/CD player. Pool area is nauturist friendly.

Conditions

No smoking in the Villa ashtrays are provided on terraces.
A deposit of 30% is due immediatly to secure your booking with the balance payable no less 8 weeks prior to your date of travel.
A refundable breakages deposit of£100 is required with balance payment , which will be returned within 2 weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection)

The Fuerteventura region

Beaches: Without a doubt Fuerteventura has some of the most impressive beaches in the whole of Europe.
The beaches to the south of Corralejo, along the east coast, are situated in the Parque Natural de Corralejo. Those between Corralejo and the two large hotels are used for umpteen things. From beach to beach the conditions vary and sports enthusiasts use them for surfing, windsurfing and kiteboarding. There are some large circular rock constructions that can give shelter or privacy. When the tide is out there are rockpools and small waders come in to feed.
Corralejo beach is at the northern tip of the island and is built around what was originally a small fishing port. There are several beaches in the immediate area. The ones closest to the town centre are family friendly as they provide a safe environment, and they are also close to the facilities that a family may need. A family beach with no naturists.
El Cotillos white sandy beaches stretch for miles, to the north of the town are the beautiful lagoons which are perfect for all the family. The size of the beaches means that even on a busy day it is possible to have lots of space to yourself.

The Corralejo / Villaverde area

The centre of Villaverde is 2 mins drive or a short stroll and has rural bars, restaurants, bakers and two supermarkets. La Oliva is also a 5 minute drive away where they have excellent chinese and pizza takeaways.

“True gem away from the hustle and bustle” Lovely villa nicely furnished you immediately feel that this is somebody's home and not just a holiday let, it has many small features that create a real home from home atmosphere and was spotlessly clean. outdoor space is good, swimming pool also spotlessly clean and water quality excellent. Friendly village, helpful local supermarket with good quality meats perfect for self catering although a few local restaurants are only a short walk away. We hired a car the island is easy to drive, beach approx 10 mins by car absolutely breath taking scenery, we toured the whole island and always loved returning 'home' to Villaverde. Personally we do not like the tourist resorts so felt it was the best location on the island. This without a shadow of doubt is a property we would re-book and recommend.

“Fantastic well equipped villa - away from it all” I travelled to Villa Andrea in June with 2 friends. What a fantastic time. It was away from it all but a short taxi ride to the main town if we wanted. The villa was well equipped, clean and was really a home from home. The pool was fantastic, makes a lovely change to have a pool to yourself and was nice and private. The bedrooms were gorgeous and on those nights where we didn't want to go out - we cooked, sat outside with a glass of wine or sat and caught up on tv as there was British satellite tv. The owners made sure we had every bit of info by leaving a detailed welcome letter. I believe my friend has already recommended this to another friend who has booked this. I would definatley go back. If there was one (slight) minus it would be that it is a very local area (not a problem to me as I spoke a little Spanish with the neighbours and people that look after the villa so take your phrase book. Don't let this put you off though. It makes a lovely change to be in a proper 'Spanish' area. As I said I would definately return. If you hire a car this is cheap and makes a real difference - its really easy to get from the airport. Many thanks again.
