About the home

The Palms is a two bedroom single storey house which is in Las Americas II a small residential development in Corralejo Parque, it has a rear garden, large roof terrace and a shared pool.

The Palms has been furnished to a high standard boasting a leather/fabric suite and tasteful decor.

Bedroom one has a double bed and has the benefit of a large built in wardrobe and ceiling fan.

Bedroom two has two single beds and also has a large built-in wardrobe and ceiling fan.

The tastefully tiled bathroom has bath/shower, wc and bidet.

The American style kitchen has light wood kitchen units with black work surfaces and has a stainless steel sink, ceramic hob, oven, grill, kettle, toaster, microwave, large fridge/freezer and a washing machine, accommodating all your holiday needs.

The lounge has a TV, DVD player, CD player and a games console, there is a library of DVDs and also a selection of games for use with the games console. The Satellite TV provides many English speaking channels for our guests. The lounge also has a ceiling fan and lights which can be adjusted to create mood lighting.

A Yale home safe is available (free) for the use of our guests.

linen/maid service: Towels and linen are included. Cleaning/linen change - weekly.

Further details outdoors:
The roof terrace boasts excellent views of the mountains and also views towards Lanzarote.

The large roof terrace is 60 sq.m. and is equipped with sun beds, table and chairs and a shower to cool off after a days sunbathing.

The back garden has been planted with a variety of plants and also has sunbeds, a table, chairs & a garden chair swing. The front garden has a large palm tree, some smaller plants.

Car parking available directly outside the property.

The large communal swimming pool is less than 100 yards from the house.

A deposit of £75 is required on booking with the balance due 6 weeks prior to your holiday.

On the day of arrival the villa will be available for guests from 1500hrs. On day of departure please vacate the villa by 1000hrs for cleaning purposes.

The Fuerteventura region

The Canary islands consists of 7 main islands, Fuerteventura is the second largest of these, it differs from the others in that it posses many miles of golden sandy beaches that are still relatively quiet.

Fuerteventura is the closest Canary island to Africa (approx 65 miles)

Sun all year round accompanied with a pleasant cooling breeze, the average temperature being about 25 ºC.

The Corralejo / Las Americas area

In Corralejo there is an abundance of shops, restaurants, bars and of course not forgetting the Water Park, bowling alley & the golf driving range.

The local supermarket, bars & restaurants are only a 5 minute walk from the Palms.

Just arrived back after spending Christmas in Fuerteventura. The weather was superb as was your villa “The Palms”. It ticked all of the boxes! Many thanks to Chris and Sue for maintaining the villa to a very high standard and for taking us back to the airport. I would like to book again from **** 2012. Now that we are back to our usual routine of work and rushing around it is almost like a dream that we had such a lovely break in Corralejo. We were absolutely delighted with the house and also Corralejo. We fell in love with the place and will almost certainly go back again next year all going well. The Palms is fantastic and a real home from home which you keep in such wonderful condition. We so loved the roof terrace where we spent many hours lapping up the sun and reading. Thank you for the use of the Palms we had a wonderful time,it was homely and comfortable,the outside space was great we spent many hours enjoying the fab weather.We had our Xmas dinner with all the trimings followed by an evening of movies.We were completly relaxed and didn't wont to come home.Big Thank you to you. We returned home on Monday evening after a fantastic 2 weeks in your holiday house. Your house was very tastefully decorated and was well equipped for all our needs. Our favourite appliance was your outdoor electric grill. We made full use of it for our evening meals, preferring to relax in your garden and dine al fresco!
Your roof terrace lived up to all our expectations. It was our lunch and afternoon coffee venue.
