Here is the ultimate secluded dream villa with everything that you could possibly want. Where else can you get …a palm tree island right in the middle of your own swimming pool, a jacuzzi for six under the stars and a barbecue on the roof terrace.
The villa itself lies in a walled estate with gate security, and is part of the protected "Parque Natural" with stunning views. From the roof terrace you can see the nearby islands of Lanzarote and Los Lobos, and the crystal clear sea has a refreshing breeze throughout the day. On the Bahiazul estate there is a clubhouse with coffee shop, bar and restaurant, which is open to all guests.
The open plan lounge has top-of-the-range furniture, plasma screen TV and DVD player. The dining area seats six people comfortably. We have installed a Satellite system ASTRA which has a range of many European channels in English, Spanish, German, French and I think Arabic.
A supermarket and bakery are within walking distance (500 metres).
We now have a dedicated WIFI Hub installed in the villa for internet access.

Newly built and equipped luxury villa, tastefully furnished and decorated, with gate security.
The lounge and all bedrooms lead directly onto the enclosed courtyard garden and private swimming pool. The outside area is sustained by hydroponics and self-watering systems.
Each villa has a designated covered car port.
The American-style kitchen is fitted with modern appliances including microwave, fridge, hob, freezer and dishwasher….and every other item you'd expect in a millionaire's playground - although the washing machine is located on the roof.
There are three bedrooms ~ two have double beds, dressing room and en suite bathrooms. The third bedroom has two quality single beds and en suite bathroom. All rooms, including bedrooms, have direct access to the pool area, and it is for this reason that we do not recommend the villa for children under 5 years of age.

The sun terrace around the pool has high quality loungers and comfortable patio furniture. Outside, stylish pergolas and planters around the pool area and on the full roof-terrace combine to create areas that are as beautiful as they are functional, whilst inside the clever design makes use of every square foot, thus giving spacious living areas.

Fuerteventura is the largest of the Canaries and there are breathtaking landscapes such as Mount Tindaya, claimed by local people to have magical powers. Along the coast are small traditional villages with wonderful examples of the island's architecture. Away from its stunning beaches, 150 in all with fine white sand, there are 13 protected areas on the island, with exotic flora such as palm trees, tamarisks and aloe vera.
The weather conditions of Fuerteventura are very similar to Florida and Mexico which are on the same latitude, which make this the ideal holiday location. There is nowhere else in the Canaries with as many enormous sand dunes and long sandy (more than one hundred and fifty). Even though most of the land consists of stone and rock, these are some of the most impressive beaches in the whole of Europe.
There are many new attractions inviting tourists to discover different aspects of the Island's landscape and culture such as the Betancuria Museum of Archaeology and Ethnography and Tefia Craft Village to name but a few. Its miles and miles of broad sandy beaches and golden sand dunes make Fuerteventura the ideal holiday resort for everyone.
The Corralejo / Parque Natural area

Whether you want to chill out on the fabulous beaches, try some of the extensive water sports that are on offer, go shopping or try some delicious local cuisine, Corralejo has it all. There are many activities in the area which include Glass bottom boat trips, surfing, windsurfing, kite boarding, ten pin bowling, amusement parks, water parks, market days, shopping centres, day trips to Lanzarote, mini golf, cycling, quad biking.
Beaches and Dunes
The town is surrounded by sand dunes and miles of sandy beaches that form a nature reserve. The beaches between Punta de Tivas and the Tres Islas hotels, called Playa del Pozo, Playa del Medano and Playa de Viejo run into each other and this sandy shore is sometimes called Flag Beach. These beaches are exposed to the wind which makes these beaches ideal places to pursue water sports and kiteboarding. Those that are into hiking or mountain biking have a choice of off-road tracks and the distances travelled can be adjusted to suit the time available.
In Caleta de Fuste, just a 30 minute drive, is the fabulous Fuerteventura Golf Resort - a full 18-hole PGA Championship standard golf course that was recently the venue for the Spanish Open.
Whichever resort you choose, it is well worth hiring a jeep and going off the beaten track to explore some of the hidden treasures of the island.

The Canary Islands are approximately 4 hours flight time from the UK.
Ryanair will begin flying from Birmingham, East Midlands and Liverpool airports direct to Fuerteventura in October 2008. Several charter flight companies offer cheap return flights to Fuerteventura (Puerto del Rosario airport) from the major UK airports, including Ryanair and Thomas Cook .
Alternatively, you can fly by scheduled airline to Lanzarote (Arrecife airport) and then catch the ferry from Playa Blanca to Corralejo (approx. 20 minutes).
Car Hire
There are the usual car rentals at the airport: Hertz, Avis, etc., and you would be well advised to book in advance. A very useful website for car rental comparisons is www.travelsupermarket.com.
There is also Orlando Car rentals, just a mile down the road from the airport, they are the cheapest and provide virtually brand new cars very competitively. Example: a Nissan Micra, 4 door, €79 for 7 days. They charge €45 for a full tank of petrol and you return it empty...
And, of course, they collect you from the airport.
