Furnished to a high standard with solid teak and wrought iron furnishings gives Paraiso Villa a French/Moroccan feels to the property. A fully fitted kitchen with all mod-cons and more to ensure full self catering facilities. Comfortable mattresses in all bedrooms. Pull down blinds to ensure a good nights sleep with less mosquitoes disturbance yet lets air in. Ceiling fans in all rooms. 2 family bath/shower rooms, the upstairs being a shower/wc the downstairs being the bath/shower/wc and houses the washing machine. Cool tiles on the floor throughout with rugs for comfort. South facing front ensures plenty of sun.

Located in a prime pool side/view location with southerly aspect and surrounded by tropical gardens. There are 2 large adult pools and 2 children’s pools as well as mature tropical trees. All maintained by experienced community staff. The front of the property is entered by a gate and is a great morning coffee/breakfast area (table and chairs provided) The back of the property has a courtyard area - ideal for evening meals al-fresco. There is a large south facing terrace off the master bedroom with gated stairs to the amazing roof terrace. No shortage of sun bathing areas in both property and development. The development is peaceful/tranquil and an exceptional area. There is underground secure parking available (please ask for details)

The Fuerteventura region
The most unspoilt of the Canary Islands, Fuerteventura is a 12 month of the year destination. Boasting around three thousand hours of sunshine a year, making this the ideal holiday location for both the discerning couple to families.
English is spoken, but a spattering of Spanish helps and the locals always like to practice their English !
Fuerteventura has some of the most impressive beaches in the whole of Europe and naturism is second nature on most of the sandy beaches.
A mecca for surfers/windsurfers/body boarders or just lazy days on the beach. Fuerteventura rarely fails to impress and many people of all ages return year after year.
The Corralejo / El Sultan area
Corralejo is one of the nicest and prettiest holiday towns that still retain a local feel in the centre of the town. Not too built up, yet retaining a local feel with little traffic and peaceful areas. Spectacular views of Lanzarotte that is easy to visit by ferry. There are many local festivals during the year and the town/area boasts some of the best local restaurants on the island.
There are kilometres of soft sandy white beaches in and around Corralejo. El Cotillo has the lagoon beaches. Along the windward coast are many secret beaches/coves/cliff tracks. Inland are areas or outstanding natural beauty with rolling hills/mountains and some fantastic living museums to visit. The south is easily drivable and is a must visit place during your stay.
