About the home

This apartment is one of two adjacent to each other. Ideal for friendsand family who wish to holiday together but need space. The apartments are on the first floor with sun on the balcony all day. There are four different swimming pools on site. There is a pool snack bar and sunbathing terrace with sun loungers. There is a lifeguard during the daytime around the pools. There is a gym, tennis facilities, two playgrounds for children and bicycles for hire at reception. There is also ongoing organised activities at the complex and evening entertainment for the children.

There is a restaurant, pizzaria and bar on site and a small supermarket. Shops, bars and resturants are all within 200m from the complex. In the town there is live entertainment in most bars and also excellent restaurants.

You are always sure of a warm welcome especially young children. You will find all types of water sport, fishing and a daily ferry over to Lanzarote. The Baku waterpark is 100 metres away as well as the local weekly market. The apartment is located on a popular super family site with plenty of amenities for families of all ages and couples.

The microwave is acombination oven/microwave and with the two plate hob it is easy to make a substatial meal. The property is situated in a position that when the sun comes out, it is over the balcony at all times. The washing machine is of a good make so that being able to wash your clothes will help with the amount of luggage you need to take, also no need to take a iron ,hairdryer as it all helps

The apartment is situate on the first floor.There are no extra charges for safe, fans or TV. All are included. The property is in a good position as the terrace/balcony is shelterd from the breeze. There are channels in English with a few News channels, and Sport Sky and EuroSport ,Sky family , Cartoon channel and one or two others. Also there is DVD/CD player as well There is a safe and two fans,one in living room and one in bedroom.

There are four swimming pools one of which is a small childrens pool. There is a snack bar at the pool side with a sun terrace with sun loungers. Also a gym and tennis facilies available and two playground areas for the children. There is also a mini market, bar, pizzaria and Al Carte Restaurant on site. There is creche facilities and childrens clubs available on site.

Children are welcome. Long term rentals welcome. We would appreciate if you did not smoke in the apartment but there is a large terrace for this purpose with a nice view. Pets not allowed. Not suitable for elderly and infirmed as it is on the first floor with access by steps.

Conditions

A deposit of 20 per cent is required (Non returnable). The balance is payable 6 weeks prior to arrival. Check in after 12 noon on arrival and check out at 10.30am on the day of departure. (If no other guests are arriving/departing on the same day then other arrangements are possible). It is the responsibility of the guests to organise their own personal/travel insurance. We reserve the right to refuse any reservation at our own discretion.

The Fuerteventura region

It is second largest of the Canary Islands although it is the most tranquil and one of the least populated. The Island of Fuerteventura enjoys year round sunshine and is perfect for that relaxing break any time of the year. It is famous for its sand dunes,approximately 2kms away.

The Island of Fuerteventura is a windsurfers paradise and a variety of different water sports are available. There are jeep safaris available. You can visit neighbouring island of Lanzarote by usin the daily ferry approximately 25 mins.

The Corralejo / Oasis Dunas area

Once a small fishing village, Corralejo has developed yet retained its quiet relaxing atmosphere.

The nightlife although low key is varied enoughto suit all tastes plus plenty of local friendly restaurants for those seeking a quieter time.
