Marvida Apartment was designed for a family peaceful stay. It is a well furnished apartment on the very edge of Oasis Tamarindo complex, overlooking DIRECTLY on to the Natural Park of the Dunes of Corralejo, and the neighbouring islands of Lobos and Lanzarote.
This first floor apartment has:
One ample dining-living room with a glass-topped wooden dining-table and chairs, TV, chest of drawers, two sofa-beds which sleep 3 adults. Wonderful views of the Natural Park, Lobos and Lanzarote.
One double bedroom with large built-in wardrobe, two bed-side tables, vanity area with table, chair and mirror. Sleeps two adults.
There is a kitchenette with fridge/freezer, microwave, two ring hob and kettle. Splendid views of the complex tropical gardens.
Spacious complete bathroom with washing machine
Outside you can enjoy of a balcony with garden table and chairs and loungers. Also there is an extensible clothesline for your laundry. Wonderful views of the Natural Park, Lobos and Lanzarote

Further details
The property will be available from 16:00 on the first day in the property although this is flexible if previously agreed.
The villa should be left by 12:00 on the last day in the property although this is flexible if previously agreed.
Changeover day is flexible.
Conditions
Pets are not allowed unless previously agreed.
Advanced deposit: £100 is required as confirmation of your booking. The balance is to be settled before 6 weeks from your arrival.
Damages deposit: £100 required on payment of balance. This deposit is to be refunded after one week of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
On receipt of advanced deposit booking engagement will be confirmed by e-mail

Once again we had a great week in oasis Tamarindo. Lovely quiet position, with gorgeous views over The natural park to the beach and the 2 Riu Hotels. There is a large supermarket just up the road and a scattering of shops, restraints and walks close by.you are also very close the water park. We were met by the friendly house keeper and were soon settled in the apartments in minutes. The complex is exceptionally well maintained, the 2 adult pools were huge and immaculate. The complex seems to have a lot of owners who really look after the grounds. The apartment is in a great location for getting the bus to El Cottilo a d Peurto de Rosaria for onward travel. Again we were lucky with many family shows on in the town with a great family atmosphere. Weather was lovely, I even went in the pool this time. I love correllejo, the beaches and the people. Response: Once again Allan, many thanks for your fantastic review. You will always be welcome - you have become a regular guest. As you will have noticed from your last year's stay in the apartment, some improvements have taken place in the area such as the splendid nearby supermarket "Mercadona" and the new sport facilities at the Papagayo complex and, the bike rental premises at hand. In addition, many new international TV channels can be watched in the apartment through a new dish arial for the Astra satellite and, not to forget our WIFI facility in the apartment as well. We are also trying to complete a little library with various light read books to relax under the swimming-pools sun-umbrellas. As you say, we expect your visit for next year's Carnival time. We had a great time in Corralejo, the ocean is just beautiful. Apartment was clean, spacious and quite. Had nice big pools too on the grounds. The owners/housekeeping lady were very friendly.
