The villa is set in a lush canary island oasis.As you walk into the villa it provides a very private large courtyard with an outdoor luxury 4/5 seater Roca Hot Tub and lovely semi-shaded chillout/dining area .A spiral staircase leads to a fantastic roof sun terrace with sun loungers and panoramic views of Lanzarote, the sea and the surrounding mountains.
The villa and complex will make for a fantastic holiday and is ideal for families with children, couples and honeymooners.

This is a newly built modern villa with all the amenities you would need to enjoy your holiday. Inside the villa you will find a sunny open plan lounge/diner with a comfortable seating area to enjoy satellite T.V, DVD, Music and Playstation 2 facilities.WiFi available.
There are two large bedrooms with spacious double fitted wardrobes plus a safe for your own personal use. Fans are provided in all rooms.There is a luxury fully tiled bathroom and vanity unit including a hairdryer for your use

During the day or on an evening you can take advantage of the outdoor chill out/ dining area where we have a chunky rattan sofa with cushions , with soft ambient lighting to relax and enjoy a nice glass of wine , read a book listen to music or sit in the hot tub and look up at the stars.

The Fuerteventura region
Corralejo is the largest resort in Fuerteventura and is a winning combination of idyllic unspoilt white sandy beaches plus the best selection of restaurants and shops on the island. Corrajelo is a haven for sun worshippers seeking a relaxed family holiday. Beaches are never crowded and it is easy to find little coves where you can take a cool box (provided at the villa) and spend the day.
Inland you will find an island of stunning barren beauty suitable for days out walking, cycling, horse riding . quad and mountain biking.
For water sport enthusiasts there is surfing, wind surfing, scuba diving and game fishing.
Near to the villa is a new water park for the children which also includes golf, bowling and restaurants. There are also supermarkets, an ice-cream parlour and friendly bars very close by.
The harbour is a hive of activity and you can take the ferry for a day trip to Lanzarote or visit the unspoilt island of Lobos for a picnic in a glass bottom boat. Along the sea front there are several bays with restaurants, cafes and bars overlooking the sea, a great place to relax and enjoy a drink.

The Corralejo area
Villa Rita is located on the Los Abanicos complex which is in a very sought after area of Corralejo. It is within a 5 minute walk to local bars, restaurants and supermarket and a 20 minute stroll to the centre of Corralejo, The spectacular beaches and famous sand dunes of Parque Natural are only a five minute drive and include Oliva beach, the famous Flag beach and glass beach.
The Baku Water Park is a 10 minute walk from the villa, which is home to the twice weekly market, as is the 10 pin bowling alley and soon to be opened Sea Lion show, Shark Pool and Haunted House.

The Villa is an easy 30 minute drive from Fuerteventura airport with maps and direction supplied.
Airport pickups can be arranged but we would recommend hiring a car to appreciate the beauty, beaches and sights of the Fuerteventura (car hire less than £90per week and the roads are very good and easy to navigate)
For the less adventurous taxis and buses are cheap and readily available.

this was our first time in the canary islands and we usually go all inclusive and at least 4 star plus, we have stayed in some beautiful hotels including sandals in St Lucia and i can honestly say we have never had such a wonderful time as we did here. corralejo is a great place and the villa is just perfect for chilling, it was wonderful to not have to listen to other peoples conversations whilst sunbathing, get a drink whenever we wanted, the hot tub was fantastic.. the bed was very comfy and everything worked well in the villa, communication from Paul was great and prices in town at bars and restaurants very competitive, the supermarket was cheaper than tescos and had all we needed. would have liked a pool if we where there in summer but hopefully this will be open again in the near future. we spent one of the most relaxing and enjoyable christmas and new years we have had in many years, the weather was hot enough for sunbathing for at least 6 hours of every day , thank you Paul we will be reccomending and will most certainly be back.
