Villadunas is situated front line to the Dunas National Park of Corralejo (Parque Natural) enjoying panoramic views of the sea, sand dunes and the islands of Los Lobos and Lanzarote. It is a newly built villa in a peaceful gated residential complex yet only a 3 minute drive/25 minute pleasant walk to the bustling town of Corralejo and the nearest beach. A taxi to the centre of town costs less than 5 euros.
The development consists of luxury apartments, terraced, semi-detached and detached houses with only a privileged few having a front line position (our villa being one of them).
The area is quiet and tranquil, making it the perfect place to stay to 'get away from it all' whilst still having the benefit of the bustling town of Corralejo only a few minutes away.
The nearest supermarket is within a three minute walk and nearest bars/restaurants within an approximate fifteen minute walk.
Car hire is recommended although not essential but would give the opportunity to explore this fascinating island.

Spacious roof terrace with breathtaking views with a large private sunny garden, gated on both sides making it very safe for children.
A superb 6-7 seater state of the art jacuzzi with kaleidoscope lighting and cascading fountains. Wonderful to relax in after a hard day's sunbathing. A hammock under a 'coconut umbrella' makes a perfect area for those who really want to relax and 'chill out'.
Large patio area with a modern wicker table and chairs and sun loungers for six people and a path leading to the BBQ. There is a bordered area with lights making it perfect for 'al fresco' dining. The property has its own gated drive with plenty of parking space. Some toys and games for our younger guests to enjoy as well as a covered sandpit guaranteed to provide hours of fun..

Deposit
A 25% deposit and a fully completed booking form is required.
Full payment is due eight weeks before your stay.
A security deposit (refundable) of £100/€150 is required to be paid with the final balance and will be returned to you approximately five days after your holiday.

Change Over Day
We can be flexible and will try to accommodate any requests where possible.
Guests are asked to vacate the property by 10.00am on the day of departure.
Guests arriving will be able to access the property by 2.00pm on the day of arrival.
Contents and Property
Bath towels, beach towels and linen are provided.
Occupants are liable for damages to the villa or any breakages to the contents.
We ask occupants to be extra vigilant around the communal pool area and would recommend that our younger guests and non-swimmers wear arm bands at all time. We cannot accept any responsibility for any accidents that may occur in or around the property.
Please note that smoking is not permitted in any part of the villa and request that clients' smoke outside of the villa. Ashtrays have been provided for convenience.
We ask if you could kindly take the same precautions as in the UK with regards to the locking of the property and your security in general.

The property is not suitable for wheelchair users or physically disabled due to the hilly location, stairs and door widths.

Corralejo is on the north coast of Fuerteventura and is just a thirty minute drive from the airport in Puerto del Rosario. Corralejo offers a wide range of bars, restaurants, shops, amenities and leisure facilities whilst still retaining its beauty and original Canarian charm.
The old quarter of the town is delightful and it is here where you can wander through a labyrinth of streets leading to the harbour which has excellent tapas bars and restaurants offering a wide choice of cuisine and catering for all tastes and budgets.
The Corralejo / Parque Natural area
Villadunas is situated in the 'Parque Natural' area of Corralejo, which is a protected area on the outskirts of town and is adjacent to the beautiful sand dunes. This area has panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean, Island of Los Lobos, Lanzarote and the mountains.
Fuerteventura is famous for its beautiful sandy beaches (152 in total) and crystal clear waters and there are many to choose from in and around the Corralejo area. Most of these beaches have sun beds and umbrella rental.
Flag beach, by the two main hotels is one of the best places to try water sports such as windsurfing and kitesurfing. For the more experienced 'Glass beach' is recommended or for those that don't fancy anything too strenuous 'Drop beach' is a bit further along the main road.
The magnificent dunes lie just beyond the town and spread for miles along the east coast.

Direct flights to Puerto del Rosario from most UK airports. Low budget airlines Ryanair and Easyjet offer reasonably priced fares. Monarch, Thomas Cook and Thomsonfly also fly direct. Car hire is not essential although recommended and is reasonably priced. Corralejo is an approx 35 min drive from the airport. Taxis are readily available and cost between 40-50 euros. Buses are a cheaper option (changing at Puerto del Rosario).

We have recently returned from a wonderful holiday at Villa dunas. Being located on the edge of Correlajo meant not only was the villa peaceful but also benefited from spectacular views over the dunes. The villa was superb, very well presented and equipped with everything you could wish to make your stay comfortable. The hot tub was a real hit, especially with the kids and the beach pack was invaluable during the daily trips to the beach.
Pete, the local contact, is a real Fuerteventura guru and his local knowledge meant we could make the most of our holiday. A car made exploring a lot easier with visits to el cotillo snorkeling off los lobos and surfing lessons a highlight.
We would not hesitate in recommending this villa and fully intend to return again soon if the friends we’ve told don’t get there first!

Es war ein Urlaub und eine Unterkunft wie man es sich immer wünscht. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, ordentlich und gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Garten war sauber und ein schöner Platz zum Essen eingerichtet. Es war alles wie beschrieben und wir wurden angenehm überrascht. Von der Dachterrasse kann man den Sonnenaufgang beobachten und hat einen herrlichen Blick bis zum Meer. Es waren Reiseführer und aktuelle Angebote vorhanden, sodass der Tag abwechelungsreich gestaltet werden konnte. Am Abend bot dann der Jaczzi eine sehr schöne Entspannung. Selbst an größere Kinder war gedacht, denn sie fühlten sich doch immer wieder mal zur Playstation hingezogen. Der vorhandene Grill wurde von uns ausgiebig genutzt. Sechs Personen hatten damit einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Die Kontakte mit dem Vermieter waren sehr, sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir bedanken uns nochmals recht herzlich und würden bestimmt wiederkommem.

We had a fantastic holiday. Thank you for a fabulous villa. We enjoyed it very much. Everything was perfect. All the facilities is so easy to use and the hot tub is magical. We spend a good time in it, especially children.
Big thanks to Peter for all of his help. We Fuerteventura is a good, relaxing place to spend the holiday. We also had a trip to Lanzarote to volcano park. Had a great time.

The Villa is well situated for the Shopping Centre of Corallejo but far enough out of the bustle to be peaceful and relaxing.
The Villa is situated at the end of a Cul De Sac and the views from the garden are breathtaking in the Morning as the Sun rises from the sea. Everything you need is in the Villa and it is spotlessly clean and very modern and airy.
The Hot Tub is an absolute joy, as is the Garden with the BBQ and chill out Hammock but its real treat for us was the lovely Table and chairs where we had many an evening relaxing after the Beaches (10 min Drive) or the Shopping Centre at Corallejo (5 Min Drive).
The area will spoil you for food from Local cuisine to Indian/Chinese and Pizza and Burgers. The Smaller town has a great English run Restuarant called 'Tiffany's' which serves Traditional Breakfasts and Sunday Roast in 5 sizes !!!..The bakery in the town is open till late and does wonderful Bread and stunning Cakes.
For the fun seekers the Bars and Cafes come to life in the evening with the choice of traditional through to Irish Themed and Live Music Bars but I would say its not for the 'Ibiza' crowd but more for the Family/Mature Couples.These bars can be found in the town which is a £4 Taxi drive away but there are Cafe Bars and Restaurants within 20 minutes walking distance.
The booking process was handled very professionally and Andrew & Gillian were very helpful from start to finish and also the support once over there is excellent from 'Pete'.
This was our first visit to the Island and My Mum & Dads first fligh tand I believe we could not have picked a better Villa or Resort for all of us.
I must not forget how made up my Son was with his bedroom or more to the point the LCD T.V with PS2 :).
If you are looking for a tranquil and clean base with all modern appliances for viewing the Island, look no further.
A car is not essential but it does make life easier, the taxi service is excellent and very reasonable and there is a bus service or rent the bikes at the Villa !.
I hope we can make it back for our Honeymoon next year but if not then I hope we will make it back soon.

Wir haben Anfang Juni 10 Tage in Villadunas verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr modern und gemütlich, man hat wirklich alles was man braucht: fürs Kochen (Gewürze etc.), Schampoo zum Duschen, Strandtücher und Schnorchelmasken etc. Das war ein perfekter Aufenthalt für uns - 2 junge Familien mit zwei kleinen Kindern (2&4 Jahre). Die Kinder haben sich über die Spielzeuge für den Sandkasten und fürs Schwimmen besonderes gefreut. Alles war sehr sauber. Die Zimmer waren mit Ventilatoren ausgestattet. Der freundliche Vertreter vor Ort hat uns alle Fragen beantwortet und auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen. Die Dachterasse bietet eine wunderschöne Aussicht bis ans Meer. Die Gegend ist ruhig und man trifft einige Familien mit Kindern am Gemeinschaftspool, der auch sehr schön ist. Wir haben das Welcome pack und den Beach booster dazu gebucht und würden das auch empfehlen. Die Kommunikation mit den Besitzern war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und bedanken uns herzlich bei den Besitzern!

Peace and tranquility at Villadunas

If you want accommodation away from the hustle and bustle of Corralejo then this is the place for you. Located on a fairly new residential area there are a large number of unoccupied properties hence the peace and tranquility. However the owners representatives live close by which is very useful and they were of good help to us. You definitely need a car for travelling further than the local supermarket which is not really big enough to serve all your self catering needs but provides excellent bread and croissants for breakfast. The property is exactly as described, well laid out, clean and comfortable and everything provided for your needs including an excellent jacuzzi. Located at the end of the road with views of isles de Lobos and no passing traffic assured a good night's sleep. We would definitely recommend this to our friends although not for those with older children as there are no activities really for them on site. Most suitable for couples for utter relaxation and we would use the property again.

This is a really good villa and good value; nice location and great views and everything had been thought of, local support was good , even borrowed a sewing kit ! Its 5 mins drive into Corralejo and same to the blue flag beaches in the national park. Pool a 5 min stroll with some good sitting areas around it and for a shared complex it was deserted. You do really need a car to get the most out of the location / island. House was very clean and well equipped. Ideal for a couple or family with kids.

Just returned from this villa and I can honestly say it rates as one of the best we have rented and we have rented quite a few;in fact,it compares very favourably with American rentals which are usually of a high standard.Andrew was so easy to work with,patient with questions etc and Pete,the on-site manager was friendly and helpful without being intrusive.The hot tub was such a big plus and we made good use of it and how nice to have a large yard where we could move the sunbeds around to be always on the leeward side.It is a spacious villa with plenty of furniture for large families or groups,plus crockery and cutlery was plentiful and of a piece unlike some places where you get a lot of mismatched items.Every conceivable utensil was available which is one the advantage of renting from owners who actually use the house themselves.If you are looking for a place to party or want to be where the action is,then this is not the place for you,it is at the end of a quiet cul de sac so no traffic or pedestrians ever go past.We had a car as we wanted to explore the island but the more energetic could walk into town.The lack of light pollution meant that we could easily spot and name the constellations in the night sky and such a quiet night's sleep with nothing to disturb the tranquility.
A highly recommended property and reasonably priced for what is on offer.

Wij hebben een geweldige vakantie gehad in de villa, het is een ontzettend fijne confortabele villa. Het was er schoon en wat erg leuk was, er stond een fles champagne klaar. Bovendien was het erg fijn om na het slenteren door het mooie stadje Correlejo de jacuzzi in te gaan. Fuerteventura was ook erg fijn, zeker in de winter. Je kan je het niet voorstellen maar wij hebben 29 graden gehad.
De stranden zijn er geweldig, de jongens hebben erg genoten van het kitesurfen op Flagbeach, en ook in het zuiden in Playa Sotavento.
Als er niet genoeg wind was om te kitesurfen gingen we naar El Cotilo en dat was helemaal giganties, de golven waren daar erg mooi wild en wel 4 meter hoog. Het is zeker voor herhaling vatbaar, en wij weten zeker dat we dan dezelfde villa huren, want als je in deze eenmaal geweest bent zoek je geen andere meer. Wij raden het iedereen aan, niet slim natuurlijk (grapje)
Er is niets geweest wat tegen is gevallen. dus van ons een vetten 10.
Wel een auto huren, wij hadden het gedaan die op de site vermeld staat, en het was prima geregeld allemaal, meteen na aankomst ophalen en dan het eiland verkennen.

We have spent absolutely fantastic days in corralejo, fuerteventura. The island itself as well as the region, we have been, is very nice - with beautiful beaches, nature, nice restaurants, shops and bars in the city.
The villa, we have rented, was absolutely awesome: a pretty modern interior design, a lot of comfort and best service! Great accommodation with great view, great environment! The beautiful terrace and the jacuzzi has been two of a lot highlights! We would love to come again!

We stayed at the villa in January 2011. The villa was beautifully presented, clean, spacious and well maintained. It was even better than it's description! We particularly enjoyed using the hot tub in the evenings! The villa was located in a quiet residential location. The owners provided us with lots of useful information before we left for our holiday and the customer service was also exceptional whilst we were at the villa. We found that we stayed in some nights and used the bbq and on the other nights we went into town. We found it easier to drive into the town in the evenings rather than walk. We found lots of lovely restaurants to eat at in the music square. The town had both a tradtional part and also a main street with lots of bars and clubs, so caters for all age groups! There were lots of beautiful beaches on the island, we particularly enjoyed going to El Cotillo and watching the surfers. The sand dunes were also amazing in the 'Parque Natural de las Dunas de Corralejo' and lovely to watch sunrise over from the villa roof terrace. We also went to the village of Betancuria which was beautiful and definietly worth the drive. We would definietly recommend the property to friends and family. We are planning to go back and explore the rest of the island next January and would definity stay in the villa again. Thank you for a lovely holiday.

Best place we've ever had in the Canaries

My friends and I have been meeting up for a week in the Canaries after Christmas for the past 10+ years, and I have to say that this was certainly the best we’ve ever had. Yes, the weather was outstanding (not always the case in January!), but the accommodation was by far the best we’ve had too – in every respect. I appreciate it might not appeal to everyone as it is a bit of a slog to walk anywhere, so a car is pretty essential (though taxis are cheap), but I personally enjoyed the 30 minute walk over the dunes to get to the beach (and what a beach!!) and also the 40 minute walk back from town after a heavy meal. But it was all so blissfully peaceful, the views from the roof were spectacular, the beds were wonderfully comfortable, the furniture is modern, the place is spotless… everything was great. We appreciated the sat tv and the internet very much, and though none of us thought we would use the Jacuzzi much, we were actually surprised with how good it was! All-in-all, top class. Will be even better when bikes will be provided for hire later in 2011 ;-)

At the end of November 2010 we spent a very relaxing week in Fuerteventura. The villa is great, located in a very quiet place. It has everything that you need in a house, so one can feel at home. The rooms are extremely clean, the living offers you a large variety of entertainment, the kitchen is very well equipped and, above all, there is the jacuzzi where you can spend wonderful evenings. Perfect!

Estuvimos en esta casa en pleno diciembre 6 adultos y dos niños. Y fue fatástico. Es supertranquila, espaciosa y todo muy ordenado y organizado por el propietario. Internet, jacuzzi, información turística, hamacas, juegos para los niños, etc.
Desde las habitaciones hay unas vistas maravillosas al parque de las Dunas y la isla de Lobos. El amanecer es espectacular.
La urbanización es muy tranquila y estás a 5 minutos del centro de Corralejo.

The villa is in a very good condition and spotlessly clean. The kitchen is top, the beds are comfortable and you can sleep like a baby because it is so quiet. The location ist perfect - you can watch the rabbits and the birds in the dunes. The best is definitely the jacuzzi - great luxury! We recommend to hire bikes from Volcanobikes and explore Los Lobos in this way. You only have to pay a small fee for the bikes on the ferry and it is worth it. Thanks for everything, we will return!

Wir haben im November Urlaub auf Fuerteventura gemacht, abgesehen von dem tollen Wetter dort mit dem wir mehr als zufrieden waren, waren wir von VillaDunas SEHR SEHR zufrieden. Als wir ankamen stand schon eine Flasche Sekt bereit was ein sehr netter Empfang war nach so einer langen Reise. Der Garten war sehr Sauber und Gemütlich. Vorallem haben wir uns in dem Tollen Jacuzzi Entspannt der sehr Sauber war zund 2 mal die Woche gereinig wurde.Vorallem Abends war das sehr toll mit den vielen Bunten Lichtern im Jacuzzi zu sitzen einen Glas Sekt zu trinken und sich zu Entspannen. Außer dem Außenbereich waren wir auch mit der Ausstattung und Sauberkeit drinnen sehr Zufrieden. Falls man vor hat zu Kochen hat die Küche alles was das Herz begehrt, genug Besteck, Teller, Töpfe, Auflaufformen usw.. Selbst Reise und Sprachführer hat der Vermieter uns bereit gelegt. Der Strand war direkt um die Ecke jedoch würde ich aufjedenfall Empfehlen sich ein Auto zu Mieten was wir auch getan haben. Also kurz gefasst Wir waren sehr Zufrieden und würden uns die Villa immer wieder Mieten. Vielen Dank nochmal an den Vermieter!

We, 3 adults and 2 children, had a really great at this property.
Everthing was just like advertised and their property manager
took very good care of us. He was available whenever you needed him ..even if it was only to recommend some really nice pubs and
restaurants.
The house was very clean and had all the amenities you need. I would recommend this to all my friends and family.
After having a good look around the island it seemed that Corralejo is the best choice to spend more than a week on the island. Lots of beautiful and safe beaches all around and within a 10-15 minute drive from the house, lots of shops, restaurants and bars within 5 minutes.
Very lively place whereas the area around the house is very peaceful and relaxing.
Very nice pool area in the complex too - most of the time there was nobody but us using the pool.
We would definitely book this property again.
Ausstattung und Lage etc. entsprach genau den Angaben. Wir
waren mit 3 Erw. und 2 Kindern dort 2 Wochen lang zu Gast und
hatten nie das Gefühl, es wird uns zu eng.
Swimmingpoolbereich ist toll - wir waren dort fast immer unter uns.
In ca. 10-15 Minuten ist man in den Dünen und an tollen und vor allem sicheren Stränden. Corralejo ist ein sehr lebhafter Ort mit vielen
Bars, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Rund um das Ferienhaus war es allerdings sehr ruhig und total
geeignet zum Ausspannen.
Wir würden dort jederzeit wieder Urlaub machen.

Having just returned from 1 week at Villadunas we have allready booked our next visit for early next year. The whole experiense was absolutely fabulous from the directions to find the villa to the meet and greet ( Pete & Trish) to the villa itself. In our opinion it could not of been any beter !
The villa is very well equipped and impecably clean, as is the glorious jaqquzzi.
To sum it all up we can only say highly recomended and we "cant wait to go back"

Torniamo da una vacanza tra amici (8 persone, 4 coppie) con il sorriso e questo lo dobbiamo anche alla splendida casa in cui abbiamo soggiornato. E' una casa decisamente spaziosa e questo ci ha permesso di non avere problemi nonostante fossimo in 8. Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo nel sistemare nel migliore dei modi il soggiorno per ospitare un divano letto appositamente comprato per noi. Altrettanto squisito è il referente in situ che ci ha messo a disposizione immediatamente il materiale che ci serviva e che si è prodigato in ogni modo per farci sentire il più possibile a nostro agio. La casa è ben mantenuta, ha un layout moderno e ha tutte le facilities necessarie. Una menzione particolare alla zona giardino con doccia esterna, jacuzzi, lettini e barbecue. Una zona di relax totale, ampiamente sfruttata da tutti i vacanzieri. Raccomandiamo questa sistemazione praticamente a chiunque, da gruppi di amici a famiglie con figli. Suggeriamo altresì di provvedere al noleggio di una macchina per godere appieno delle possibilità offerte dall'isola. In ogni caso con un comodo servizio taxi si può rapidamente giungere nel centro di Corralejo, paese ben fornito di negozi, pub, locali dove prendersi un drink e ristoranti.

We return from a holiday with friends (8 people, 4 couples) with a smile and we owe it to this wonderful house we stayed. It 's a very spacious house and this has allowed us to have no problems although we were 8. The owner was very kind in arranging their stay in the best way to accommodate a sofa bed bought specially for us. Equally delicious is the contact person on site who has made available immediately the material we needed and that it has gone in every way possible to make us feel more at ease. The house is well maintained, has a modern layout and has all the necessary facilities. A special mention to the garden area with outdoor shower, jacuzzi, sunbeds and barbecue. A zone of total relax, widely used by all the guests. We recommend this accommodation to almost anyone, friend groups for families with children. We suggest also to hire a car to enjoy full advantage of the island. In any case with a comfortable taxi service can quickly reach the center of Corralejo, a country well stocked with shops, pubs and restaurants.
In a word, recommend it!

We found the villa to be very spacious and modern with excellent facilities. It was well maintained and looked after with a great support service from the local representative who was very helpful and friendly.
We found that a car was essential to make the most of the resort and the surrounding area as we have young children. They throughly enjoyed the many beaches,water park and the communial pool that are on offer.

I have just recently got back from a holiday to Fueterventura with 4 friends. We stayed at the Villadunas for 7 days and was very pleased with the luxury modern interior. The hot tub was our favourite facility, making use of it everyday and most evenings. The hammock is also a lovely addition to the garden, for somewhere to relax in the sun. It is just a short walk to the nearest cafes and bars, where you can also find a taxi rank, only 3euros to get to town, or a 30min walk. The villa is not only ideal for families, but friends too. We were a group of 20 somethings and loved it. Packed with modern facilities and ideally situated. Great place to stay for a lovely relaxing holiday!

Basic villa price is fully inclusive. In order to keep the basic price as low as possible, guests have the benefit of paying for the extras if required (rather than being included in the price).
