This very attractive, two storey villa is maintained and decorated to a very high standard and is very light and bright throughout. An entrance hall leads to the pretty living room which has a dining area and patio doors to the terrace and swimming pool. There is a separate, well equipped kitchen with modern appliances and access to a laundry area with a washing machine.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms with large fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has a double bed and there is a bedroom with twin beds and a private balcony. There are two bathrooms, one is a shower room on the ground floor, the other a very large full bathroom on the first floor.

Set in attractive large grounds each villa has an extensive sunbathing terrace which surrounds the 6 x 3.5 metre swimming pool and is entered by ladder steps. For al fresco dining in the balmy Fuerteventura climate there is a patio table and chairs shaded by a wooden pergola and a barbecue.

Some of the villas have optional pool heating between the months of October and June. If you require pool heating this has to be pre-booked and paid for in advance.
For clients staying longer than 7 nights there is a mid week mini clean and towel change.
On request from the local manager, clients can be given a token that allows access to the Suite Hotel Atlantis Fuerteventura, 300m away, or to the Gran Hotel Atlantis Bahia Real which is 500m away for access to the swimming pools and community areas.
There is also a left luggage service for those clients with a late departure.

The Fuerteventura region
Fuerteventura is famous for its miles of magnificent, unspoilt and un-crowded beaches, which attract visitors from around the world. Many miles of these white sand beaches, with their stunning rolling dunes, have been declared a natural park and are maintained in pristine condition. The interior of the island, like all the Canary Islands, is volcanic. Charming Canarian villages are dotted across the island and the main tourism is concentrated in only a few resorts.
Fuerteventura, which lies about 100 kilometres from the coast of Africa, has a wonderful, warm climate similar to Mexico and boasts about 3000 hours of sunshine a year. The island has superb conditions for water sports and attracts enthusiasts from all over the world for its excellent windsurfing, surfing, kiting and diving.
The northern resort of Corralejo is the largest and most developed and is within easy reach of some of the most spectacular beaches on the island. Premier Holidays offers a large portfolio of holiday villas in and around Corralejo. The newer resort of Caleta de Fuste is approximately half-way down the island and boasts two world-class, championship golf courses. Most of our holiday villas in Caleta de Fuste are located on, or near the golf courses but these are not just golfing holidays, there are also excellent beaches and other facilities nearby for a superb family holiday.
The Corralejo area
The location is excellent with a supermarket and a restaurant within short walking distance. This villa is located 950 metres from the centre of Corralejo where there is excellent shopping and a wide choice of restaurants and bars.
There are also several, delightful, cove-like beaches in this area, many of them with a beach bar or restaurant alongside them. They serve snacks and delicious fresh fish and are idyllic places in which to while away the long hours of Fuerteventura sun. These beaches are connected by an attractive, sea front path, which leads into the original, fishing harbour and there are surf centres dotted along this stretch, at regular intervals. The superb, Baku Water Park has massive, water slides, spectacular wave machines and an adjacent 18- hole mini-golf. The on-site Animal Experience offers shows and interactive activities, including swimming with sharks and sea lions. There is also a haunted house, a pirate ship, a few theme restaurants and the bustling and colourful, twice weekly, street market is held here.
The very attractive Campanario shopping centre has several good restaurants in its pretty plaza, as well an excellent choice of tax-free shopping in shops such as Springfields. It is open seven days a week and is located right next to this apartment. There are wonderful views of Corralejo from the pretty bell tower and you can enjoy live music and a small Canarian market every Sunday.
The bustling, charming, old harbour area of Corralejo is the original, fishing village in the north of Fuerteventura. The area has trendy, little shops and many restaurants, cafes and bars along the sea wall, offering stunning views out to sea. From here there are regular ferries to the neighbouring islands of Lanzarote and the gorgeous, unpopulated, island of Lobos, as well as several marine excursions, including catamaran trips and glass bottom boats.
Just south of the resort, 1200 metres from this villa, is the start of some of the world’s most stunning beaches, which form part of a national park. A seven mile stretch of glistening, white, sands lead into pure, azure seas and are backed by sparkling, white dunes. There is world class windsurfing available along this stretch, including the well known Flag Beach and the sight of the sky filled with colourful kite surfers is truly magnificent. There is an excellent bus service from the centre of Corralejo to the dune beaches and it is also possible to rent bikes in the resort. Fuerteventura has been popular with naturists for many years and there are areas of the dune beaches where they can feel comfortable and are not overlooked.
From Corralejo it is a 40 kilometre drive to the resort of Caleta de Fuste, a holiday resort with two 18-hole, championship golf courses.
Puerto del Rossario, the capital of Fuerteventura, is a few minutes from the airport and a fifteen minute drive from Caleta de Fuste. Las Rotondas, a four-storey 30,000m² shopping centre is located here, with UK retailers such as C&A and H&M, as well as the big Spanish chains: Zara, Springfield, Cortefiel, Massimo Dutti, Jack&Jones, Pull and Bear etc. The top floor has cafes, restaurants and arcades.
