This spacious, single-storey villa has high, wooden, vaulted ceilings and feels light and airy throughout. It has a good sized living room with leather seating, original wooden sculptures, ceiling fans and patio doors leading to the terrace. There is a separate dining area and a well-equipped kitchen, with a range of modern appliances and access to a utility room.
Casa Calliandra has four attractive bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, dressing area, TV/DVD, ceiling fan and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and a separate walk-in hydro shower. There are two bedrooms with double beds, ceiling fans and TV/DVD’s. The fourth bedroom has twin beds. There is a family shower room with a hydro-shower and a separate guest cloakroom with a toilet.

This extensive property is entered through electric gates and has ample parking. Patio doors from the living room lead out to a covered dining terrace overlooking the 10x5 metre electrically heated swimming pool, which is entered by Roman steps. It is surrounded by large sun bathing terrace with sunbeds, and a poolside shower. This beautiful setting together with patio dining furniture and a built-in Canarian barbecue provide a perfect setting for al fresco meals and many hours of holiday relaxation.
The Fuerteventura region
Fuerteventura is famous for its miles of magnificent, unspoilt and un-crowded beaches, which attract visitors from around the world. Many miles of these white sand beaches, with their stunning rolling dunes, have been declared a natural park and are maintained in pristine condition. The interior of the island, like all the Canary Islands, is volcanic. Charming Canarian villages are dotted across the island and the main tourism is concentrated in only a few resorts.
Fuerteventura, which lies about 100 kilometres from the coast of Africa, has a wonderful, warm climate similar to Mexico and boasts about 3000 hours of sunshine a year. The island has superb conditions for water sports and attracts enthusiasts from all over the world for its excellent windsurfing, surfing, kiting and diving.
The northern resort of Corralejo is the largest and most developed and is within easy reach of some of the most spectacular beaches on the island. Premier Holidays offers a large portfolio of holiday villas in and around Corralejo. The newer resort of Caleta de Fuste is approximately half-way down the island and boasts two world-class, championship golf courses. Most of our holiday villas in Caleta de Fuste are located on, or near the golf courses but these are not just golfing holidays, there are also excellent beaches and other facilities nearby for a superb family holiday.
The Corralejo / Villaverde area
Villa Verde is a traditional Canarian village just a ten-minute drive from the fabulous dune beaches at Corralejo and the same distance to the fantastic, unspoilt surfing beaches at El Cotillo. On the other side of the village of El Cotillo are stunning, aquamarine, lagoon beaches, far from the main tourism of the island.
The village of Villa Verde has several restaurants, bars, a supermarket and two small country hotels serving excellent cuisine. The location is perfect for clients wanting a peaceful holiday but where amenities of a resort and fantastic beaches are only a short drive away.
Corralejo is a ten minute drive and is the main resort in the North of Fuerteventura. It has a huge, new water park, a market, and an excellent selection of shops, bars and restaurants. It is also the location of the world famous dune beaches which, as well as being stunning places to bathe, are also very popular with naturists, windsurfers and kite-surfers. The island’s only golf course is a 30 minute drive away in Caleta de Fuste. The transfer time from the airport is approximately 30 minutes.
