About the home

The apartment is a large apartment close to the centre of Corralejo, the property is spread over three floors.
The property has a large lounge, fully fitted kitchen, two double bedrooms, one bathroom on the first floor, a toilet downstairs, two roof terraces and three balconies. Due to the size of the property and being on three levels it feels very spacious and very much home from home.
The town of Corralejo is very popular with surfers, the apartment is only 30 seconds away from the north shore where many surfers can be seen riding the waves. Corralejo is a laid back town and ideal for couples and families.

The Fuerteventura region

Located just 100 kilometres off the coast of North Africa, it is the second biggest of the islands, after Tenerife, and has the longest beaches in the archipelago. The island is a paradise for sun, beach and watersports enthusiasts.
The island is on the same latitude as Florida and Mexico and temperatures here rarely fall below 20°C or rise above 28°C. There are no fewer than 152 beaches along its coastline, the majority of the islands beaches are fine white sand.
The summer Trade Winds and winter swells of the Atlantic make fuerteventura a year-round surfers' paradise. Sailors, scuba divers and big game fishermen are all drawn to these clear blue Atlantic waters where whales, dolphins, marlin and turtles are all common sights. The temperature rarely falls below 20c, making the island an ideal all year holiday destination.
Much of the interior, with its large plains, lavascapes and volcanic mountains, consists of protected areas which can be best be explored in a 4x4 or (for the more daring) with a cross-country motorbike.
The island retains its authentic feel, with numerous towns either coastal or inland are definitely worth a visit.

The Corralejo / Bristol Playa area

Situated on the northern tip of the island, Corralejo is the biggest and busiest resort on Fuerteventura. Once a working fishing town, it has become one of the most popular destinations in the Canaries. With fantastic year round sunshine and perfect windsurfing conditions. The fery port only 2 minutes from the property has sailings all day to Lanzarote. A number of excursions can also be booked at the marina, trips to Lobos, scuba diving, snorkelling safaris, jet ski's and many more activities.The town still retains its laid back atmosphere, authentic spanish bars can be found or alternatively you can venture into the new area of town where you will found music bars and chinese restaurants etc. The town has numerous bars, shops, restaurants and has a family friendly atmosphere.
The beaches in Corralejo are regarded as some of the best beaches in the world and are never crowded, even in August. There is also a water park in Corralejo which is proving very popular.

We really enjoyed staying at the apartment and was really impressed with everything. The transfers were great and fantastic value at 60 euros return, the taxi is 40 euros each way. Having not had a holiday for 9 years we were really looking forward to our honeymoon. The apartment was recomended by a friend of ours who described it as perfect. Well we can definitely endorse that statement. The apartment is located in a perfect position in a nice complex very close to the town of Corralejo. We loved the outside space and the privacy of the apartment. We will be going back, in fact we have already booked for christmas. Tina & Mick.

Hi David, I have to thank you for a great holiday, staying at your apartment[its really a house] in corralejo. The airport pick up and friendly welcome from Ali was a great start. When we walked in to the apartment we were thrilled, it really is beautiful with everything you would ever need for a great holiday, a luxury home from home. The fridge stocked with drinks was a lovely gesture and much appreciated. Annette myself and the girls all loved the space and comfort the property offered and the balconies and roof terraces added greatly to the overall experience of relaxation. Standing on the roof terrace at night looking across to the lights of lanzarote listening to the sound of the sea was fantastic. Ali and Dud were really welcoming, friendly and informative we even had a good night out with them. I would highly recommend your apartment and we would love to return for another memorable holiday. Just thought we would drop you a line and thank you for a great holiday. The transfers from the airport was great and we learnt about the island before we arrived at your wonderful apartment. Having stayed at many holiday apartments before we expected the normal the box, the apartment is not what you expect you should call it a house. Just a quick note to thank you for the use of the apartment. It is wonderfully equipped and provided for everything we needed (which is essentially only a bed, a fridge and a cork screw). We very much enjoyed our stay there. As you know we do like the 'old' side of town.

Good food, plenty to drink and the weather was kind to - we had a thoroughly relaxing break. Aly (with whom we settled the bill) was 'customer support' personified. Best Regards Derek

Just returned from a lovely holiday staying at this gorgeous home in Feurteventura with our sons aged 3 and 7. The house is really home from home with everything you need and more.
