About the home
The penthouse benefits from a really large roof terrace which is very private with shower and delux loungers, whether to want to snooze and sunbathe in privacy or read a book it is a really quiet spot.
Complex includes shared pool which is rarely busy, child's pool and playground. We also own a 3 bed, 3 bath villa cross the road so you have the use of a beautiful spa and massage facilities and also a top class restaurant and bar there. Plenty of parking and the drive from the airport is easy. Golf is also only 5 min walk.
The penthouse is well decorated with a well equipped kitchen and a king and twin room. In the living room you have large tv with English channels and dvd and plenty places to relax both inside and out. Bedrooms are well decorated and the colour scheme reflects the relaxing pace of life in Fuerteventura. It is excellent value for a self catering holiday starting at only £250pw.

Outside there is a lot of space and downstairs just outside the patio door you can read or dine with the table and chairs. Upstairs on the roof terrace we have really comfy wider loungers and an outdoor shower to cool off so you can be tucked away in full privacy.

Sleeps 4 in beds plus one cot and I have no problem with a further person sleeping on sofa etc if needs be but it is more comfortable for 4 or less. Ideal for for longer term stays. Maybe you want to test out living abroad or maybe you want to get away for some of the winter months, great value from £800pm.
We have good availability as we only started shorter term lets 6 mths ago in this one, we are experienced letters.

The Fuerteventura region
Fuerteventura has a great climate with 360 days sunshine a year and the most amazing beaches.
I have been to several places in the Caribbean and the beaches are just as good here, there is just miles and miles of white sand beaches and a complete dessert vibe to the sand dunes area. There is plenty to do, watersports very popular of course, golf and dune buggies, horse riding , spa facilities, massages on the beach, eating out which is very good value.
Its beaches are miles ahead of the other Canary Islands
The Corralejo / Parque Natural area

*Beaches around Corralejo are amazing, take a picnic and get out of town for the day and have beach to yourself
*Play a round or golf while the ladies in the group pamper themselves in the spa at Bahia Azul, by all means let the ladies join the golf if they like to
*Browse the market and get a flavour of Africa from the vendors
*Eat in the harbour and watch the world go by
*Get a great book and stretch out on the terrace for the day where no one will try to chat to you...
