About the home

Casa de Verano is a private villa situated on the popular, newly built complex at La Capellania, 3km from the main resort of Corralejo. This spacious, 2 bedroomed detached villa is fully equipped with modern appliance including a 32" Plasma TV, Sat system with over 90 English channels, a Play Station 2 & WIFI internet access.
It boasts a large sun terrace/patio area complete with Hot Tub & stone BBQ, which is perfect for outdoor dining. More pictures can be viewed on our website - fuerteventuravillarental

Large light and modern lounge area with 2 large leather sofas 32" Plasma TV, Sat system with English channels & a Play Station 2 it opens out onto the patio/BBQ area. Some CDs, DVDs, books and games are available for guests' use. WiFi internet access throughout.

Further details outdoors:
The villa has off-street parking to the front and to the rear has a large planted garden bordering the patio & Hot Tub. Outdoor furniture is provided including loungers, table and chairs and a stone BBQ.

Conditions

A deposit of £80 is required to secure a booking. The balance is due 6 weeks prior to departure.
Payment can be made by cheque, bank draft or Internet bank transfer.
A refundable breakages deposit of £50 is required.

The Fuerteventura region

Fuerteventura enjoys an exceptional climate consisting of 20 degree centigrade all year round. Together with its beaches of fine white sand which contrast sharply with the volcanic landscape inland make the island one of the most magical destinations in Spain.

With 3,000 hours of sunshine a year, 8 hours every day, it has similar weather conditions to Florida, sharing the same Latitude. It is virtually rain free all year round and any rain fall is normally between December and February, an average of just 16 days a year, with a total rainfall of just 138mm! Average day temperatures are between 18C - 26C all year round and average sea temperatures range between 17C - 23C.

The Corralejo / La Capellania area

Corralejo is the largest resort in Fuerteventura and is a winning combination of idyllic unspoilt white sandy beaches plus the best selection of restaurants and shops on the island. Casa de Verano is a 5 minute drive from the famous sand dunes and Flag Beach, which is popular with water sport enthusiasts and sunbathers alike.
There are numerous idyllic beaches to explore including the lagoons of El Cotillo 10 minutes and the surf at Majanicho 10 minutes.

“Top Fuerteventura Holiday Villa” Had a gorgeous relaxing week at Casa De Verano, - clean, comfortable & peaceful. Enjoyed sunbathing on the sundeck/, Bbq'ing, and the hot tub. Location is good with restaurants and a good supermarket nearby (you can take the bus to town if you want to drink at 1.10 euro ) we had a great mix of chilling out at the beach and going out to town (bars, restaurants, live music). Highly recommend for a great relaxing break.

“FANTASTIC!!” well we stayed in this villa for 2 weeks me, my husband and 8 month old and found it to be the best villa we have ever stayed in, it was really like beening home from home as it was so well equipped, and it had a proper brick built bbq which we used quite regularly, and also the added bonus of the lovely hot-tub. We would recommend a car if you were staying at this villa as it was a good 5 minute drive to get into corralejo, but it was lovely because you were out of the main hustle and bustle and it was so peaceful and quiet where the villa is situated which made for a nice relaxing holiday which we like. Overall we would definitely stay at this villa again and recommend it to all our friends and family.

1st Class Villa & Relaxing Hideaway - Helen & Neil Surrey
We were looking for a quiet relaxing sunshine break without the ties that come with a Hotel or Resort break. That is exactly what we got and it was absolutely perfect! The villa is modern, clean and very well maintained and for once I can honestly say that the villa really lives up to its description & the pictures almost dont do it justice as we were over the moon when we arrived! It is exactly what it says on the tin (and some)!
We didn't hire a car, which was probably the only thing we would change if (or should I say when) we go back again. However, we used the bus regularly which goes from outside the supermarket every hour to get down to Correlejo and back and also had a look around some of the other local villages/towns. But it would have been lovely to see a bit more of the island so I would definitely recomend car hire.
I wouldn't hesitate to reccomend this villa to anyone as it was an absolute joy staying there.

Holiday Heaven - liverlass Derbyshire
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Casa de Verano. It's a real home from home with the added luxury of the hot tub, just perfect for star gazing whilst sipping Cava! Furnished to a high standard it was perfect for our relaxing stay, complete with a wonderful selection of books.
There is an excellent supermarket on site, a small eatery and Shooters Bar for an evening tipple.
No car, no problem. There is a good bus service or taxis,by the supermarket, to take you to Correlejo Centre.
Excellent service from the owners and their managment team out in Fuerteventura will ensure you have the very best stay. I would certainly recommend to family and friends.

Caso de Verano - Tim and Kathy SW London
Caso de Verano was a fantastic experience. We loved the BBQ - charcoal and matches could be left out overnight and not get damp! And the hot tub was great fun at the end of the day with a glass of wine. The property managers comes to check the hot tub filters during the week but they were very discreet and we wouldnt have known they had been Indoors the property was lovely and clean with really good facilities - everything we could have wished for excpet we could have used a patio umbrealla as there was no shade in the garden and we kept getting burnt in the sun. Really nice having DVDs to watch and the playstation and some books and games for the end of the day. Nice little touches made it really good. Would definitely recommend this property to a friend. It was really quiet, not being in a town but the local supermarket was very handy and we went there every day. You do need a car to get places but that is the case to get round the island at all. The villa is bright and spacious. There were only 2 of us staying there and it could have accomodated 6 but I think more than 4 would have made things cramped. Also would have needed much more crockery for 6 people. For us it was very roomy and light and bright, just as the publicity had showed or even better. We would definitely be more than happy to stay there again if we were to go back to Fuerte. It was our first trip the island and it was an amazing week.

Villa In Fuerteventura - Graham & Robert Edinburgh
Lived up to description, very comfortable & beautifully quiet location. Hot tub was well used!!! Digital radio was a boon too, able to listen to UKAway FM - I know - it's sad, but true. This was the first time out of 5 visits to various villas in Tamaragua that we didn't need to clean on arrival! Villa was lovely and clean. No hesitation in recommending and will certainly return. Excellent service from both the owners and the maintenance couple- what more can I say?

Relaxing holiday 1st class villa - Tom & Nic somerset
This is an idylic spot, and the villa is perfect. If you are looking for a quiet relaxing holiday, in a lovely village this is ideal. The situation is wonderful, pub, restaurants and a supermarket a short walk away. Casa verano was spotless and comfortable.the hot tub was beautiful and the kids loved the play station. Thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and would certainly recommend this property and hope to return next year.
