Casa de Verano is a private villa situated on the popular, newly built complex at La Capellania, 3km from the main resort of Corralejo. This spacious, 2 bedroomed detached villa is fully equipped with modern appliance including a 32" Plasma TV, Sat system with over 90 English channels, a Play Station 2 & WIFI internet access.

Large light and modern lounge area with 2 large leather sofas 32" Plasma TV, Sat system with English channels & a Play Station 2 it opens out onto the patio/BBQ area. Some CDs, DVDs, books and games are available for guests' use. WiFi internet access throughout.

The villa has off-street parking to the front and to the rear has a large planted garden bordering the patio & Hot Tub. Outdoor furniture is provided including loungers, table and chairs and a stone BBQ.

Conditions

A deposit of £80 is required to secure a booking. The balance is due 6 weeks prior to departure.
Payment can be made by cheque, bank draft or Internet bank transfer.
A refundable breakages deposit of £50 is required.

The Fuerteventura region

Fuerteventura enjoys an exceptional climate consisting of 20 degree centigrade all year round. Together with its beaches of fine white sand which contrast sharply with the volcanic landscape inland make the island one of the most magical destinations in Spain.

With 3,000 hours of sunshine a year, 8 hours every day, it has similar weather conditions to Florida, sharing the same Latitude. It is virtually rain free all year round and any rain fall is normally between December and February, an average of just 16 days a year, with a total rainfall of just 138mm! Average day temperatures are between 18C - 26C all year round and average sea temperatures range between 17C - 23C.

“Our first visit to Fuerteventura. The villa made the holiday even more special” My wife and I are nearing the end of a fortnight in La Casa de Verano, near Corralejo in Fuerteventura. I am currently sitting on the terrace with a glass of wine, appreciating the attractive garden as I type this review. The property is situated in the midst of rows of almost identical villas. Although previous reviews inspired confidence, we were still rather dubious about our privacy with so many villas in close proximity. Our concerns proved unfounded. Immediate neighbours were very quiet and the property to the rear was unoccupied during our stay. Indeed we spent many a happy hour on the terrace, whether it was to enjoy an al fresco breakfast or just chilling under the lanai, shaded from the fierce afternoon sun. The tropical plants and mature cacti helped to make the spacious terrace even more appealing. We did not make use of either the barbecue or the hot tub, although these facilities may be attractive to others. The villa is accurately described and we found it to be very spacious and comfortable. The owners have thoughtfully provided everything you could possibly need in this delightful holiday accommodation. There are personal touches which show how much thought they have given to the wellbeing of their guests. The living / dining room is tastefully furnished with huge sliding doors to appreciate the view of the garden as well as to permit welcome ventilation. The kitchen provides every facility needed for a self-catering holiday, with full sized hob and oven, as well as a large fridge freezer. We thought that the ice bucket, which plays 'Surfing USA' when opened, set the room off perfectly! There are two large bedrooms with plenty of storage space. The bathroom is modern with a shower over the bath. There is always ample hot water at a very reasonable pressure. There is satellite TV, but the range of channels did not inspire us to make much use of this facility. We didn't come on holiday to watch TV anyway! The wi-fi worked perfectly which meant we could keep up with family back in the UK. Our preferred holiday making involves plenty of sightseeing. There are many places to visit to spend an enjoyable fortnight in Fuerteventura. There are numerous sandy beaches and coastal resorts within an easy drive and there are plenty of restaurants to savour the traditional Canarian cuisine. A meal at La Avenida in Corralejo is an experience not to be missed. I would recommend hiring a car if you intend to explore this surprising island. We rented our five door hatchback from Payless – it was less than 12 euros a day. They operate a fair fuel policy and there are no excesses. They also have a reception desk in the airport, unlike some of their competitors. I would like to thank the owners for their prompt replies to my emails in the lead up to our holiday. I would have no hesitation in recommending this property to future holiday makers. You will be assured of a carefree holiday.

“Great Villa” Lovely villa, very clean inside and out, loved the hot tub, easy to get to from the airport, 2 bars and a good supermarket just a couple of minutes walk away, 5 minutes by car to town. we stayed here for a week in January as well, so it must be good. Thank you for the bottle of Red and the welcome back card, that was a nice thought.Hopefully we'll be back soon

“Very relaxing” Villa exactly as decribed and expected - good facilities - all the family absolutely loved the hot tub ! Easy booking - good location.

“what a great Place Better Than Expected” Best Holiday we have had for a long time , lovely quite location ,great spanish bar just across the road .lovely food and nice people.The villa was lovely and clean ,equipped with everything you need,The hot tub was just the icing on the cake ,used it every afternoon kept at a constant 37 degrees ,so just right . Dave and Marrion the property management team looked after us really well ,changed the bedding ,kept checks on the hot tub ,nothing was to much trouble for them .We did not hire a car and managed fine ,used Tavel Republic for the Airport transfer £20 return for both of us ,dropped us by the supermarket and you have a few hundred yards to walk to the villa ,which is just across the road ,also a bus wil take you down to the town ,they run on the hour .We cant wait to go back .

“Top Fuerteventura Holiday Villa” Had a gorgeous relaxing week at Casa De Verano, - clean, comfortable & peaceful. Enjoyed sunbathing on the sundeck/, Bbq'ing, and the hot tub. Location is good with restaurants and a good supermarket nearby (you can take the bus to town if you want to drink at 1.10 euro ) we had a great mix of chilling out at the beach and going out to town (bars, restaurants, live music). Highly recommend for a great relaxing break.

“FANTASTIC!!” well we stayed in this villa for 2 weeks me, my husband and 8 month old and found it to be the best villa we have ever stayed in, it was really like beening home from home as it was so well equipped, and it had a proper brick built bbq which we used quite regularly, and also the added bonus of the lovely hot-tub. We would recommend a car if you were staying at this villa as it was a good 5 minute drive to get into corralejo, but it was lovely because you were out of the main hustle and bustle and it was so peaceful and quiet where the villa is situated which made for a nice relaxing holiday which we like. Overall we would definitely stay at this villa again and recommend it to all our friends and family.
