Lo mejor de estos apartamentos es su amplia y soleada terraza donde se pueden hacer las comidas al aire libre.

La urbanización esta bien cuidada y fue renovada en el 2008. Sus jardines con palmeras y sus piscinas en el centro asemejan este lugar con un pequeño paraíso donde pasar unas maravillosas vacaciones. Alrededor de las piscinas hay tumbonas para tomar el sol y leer en este apacible entorno.
Para las personas que quieran seguir manteniéndose en forma tienen un gimnasio para hacerlo y una pista de tenis.
Si los hay que todavía tienen que seguir trabajando o les gusta navegar por Internet también hay una zona WIFI para ellos.

The Fuerteventura region


The climate on Fuerteventura is pleasant throughout the year. The island is also often referred to as the island of eternal spring. Fuerteventura is the oldest island in the Canary Islands dating back 20 million years to a volcanic eruption from the Canary hotspot. The majority of the island was created about 5 million years ago and since then has been eroded by wind and weather.
Much of the interior, with its large plains, lavascapes and volcanic mountains, consists of protected areas which can be best be explored in a 4x4 or (for the more daring) with a cross-country motorbike on an organised tour.
The Corralejo / Residencial Las Dunas area
The urbanization where the apartment was opened in 2008, has had a complete renovation. It is a private community with two pools, a small child and another large for adults. Our development is located to the west, in a quiet area, just 100 meters from the start of the natural park of the dunes, 300 meters from the nearest beach, 5 minutes from the Centro Comercial El Campanario and 8 minutes from the begining of the Street Carmen, which is the main street full of pubs and restaurants. The harbor, which is at the end of Carmen street, is about 20-25 minutes walking. El Centro Comercial El Campanario is by far the best shopping center of Corralejo, this recently opened and is like a miniature town with shops, restaurants, supermarkets, etc.

The airport is situated 30 minutes drive away. It is not essential to have a car although car hire is good value. A taxi from the airport costs approx 45 euros one-way. A taxi from Corralejo centre back to the apartment is very affordable at approx 3 euro. Buses from the airport will take you to Corralejo within an hour -changing buses once at the islands capital 'Puerto Del Rosario'.
Airport transfers can be organised for you at a cost of 45 euro each way this is paid directly to the driver, this works out very well as the driver will also have the keys to the apartment with him. Alternatively we can post keys.

I cannot find a fault with this Apt, I just loved it. The complex itself is just gorgeous. I was on my own and felt very safe, the people who live in the complex are so friendly. It really is for families no stag groups or hen parties. The Apt is furnished to a very high standard and the bed is so comfortable. The balcony over looks the most fabulous view of the pool, and the pool is just great it is a really nice size, parts are very deep if you like that but you have the childrens end as well. I am going back in March because it was so good. Its location is a 10-15 min walk into main street but there is a lovely shopping centre that plays music in the courtyard every night just at the top of the road. |

We had a wonderful holiday. The apartment was perfect and it was fully equiped, even a kettle for English people. The complex was peaceful and relaxed and we used to read and have sunbathe on the loungers around the pool. The owner send us the instructions about how to do a walk coast and we used to do every day.
I really think to come back again.

No me imaginaba que iba a estar tan a gusto. El apartamento tenía todo lo necesario y su ubicación era perfecta. Podíamos aparcar casi en la puerta y llegábamos a la Playa de las Dunas en 5 minutos en coche. Por las noches íbamos al puerto a cenar y había un ambiente increíble. Gracias a Maria José que nos aconsejo antes de ir sobre cosillas que teníamos dudas. Se lo recomiendo a todo el mundo.

Hemos estado encantados en este apartamento. Lo que más nos ha gustado es que estaba la lado de la piscina y desde la terraza podíamos ver a los niños cómo se bañaban. La urbanización es muy tranquila y está muy cerca de todo. Sin duda, volveremos a este sitio.

We get used to reserve an apartment at the time you pay the reserve, which is 20% of total. After we will send to you the contract and some days before you get there you should pay the rest in the account number which is written in the contract. Finally, we will give to you the details to get there and a nice girl will be in the urbanization to welcome and give you the keys to the apartment. You should give to her a deposit of 100€ and before you leave the apartment she will give you back if everything is ok. We have never had any problems but we have to do it any way. You can also pay with a credit card by Pay Pal.
