The Private courtyard includes Table and chairs for Al Fresco dining, and your own 5 seater Hot tub, for relaxing with a glass of Vino, after a hard day on the beach or exploring the Island! There are large standing fans in the living area and bedrooms.

Los Abanicos is situated on the Southern outskirts of Corralejo, in the quiet and recently developed Parque Lago area, close to the Natural Park and famous sand dunes of La Oliva.
It is about 15/20 minutes walk to the beautiful Flag Beach, and only 5/10 minutes to the Baku Water Park .

Los Abanicos has 2 Communal Swimming Pools, 1 Adults and 1 Children's. The uniquily Semi-circular shaped Villas, ( Los Abanicos is Spanish for The Fans ) are set amidst lovely green areas with Tropical Palms and Cacti etc.
The whole Development is gated for Security. There are several Bars and Restaurants within a few minutes walk, and on the 15 min. walk into the lively centre of Corralejo.
The New Baku Water Park is only 10 mins walk from the Villa.

The Fuerteventura region
Fuerteventura enjoys the Trade Winds which blow from the North East most of the year, and help to keep the Climate just that little bit cooler on the coast in those hot Summer months when a breeze is a real necessity.
The Old Capital of Betancuria is hidden among the mountains in the interior , and is a green oasis amid an otherwise barren, but nevertheless beautiful landscape.
A drive South along the coastal route past the Airport anddown to the peninsula of Jandia is well worth the effort, with its mile after mile of huge white sand dunes and magnificent beaches.
The Corralejo / Parque Natural area
Closer to the Villa there is the New Baku Water Park with its many exiting rides and attractions especially for the children.
There is also an outdoor sports complex only a few minutes walk from the Villa.
A satreet market is held once a week next to the Waterpark with the chance to practice those bargaining skills!!

November 2011: Due to the communal swimming pools being unavailable owing to long term repairs, we have discounted our normal price of £425 down to £300, until further notice. Arrangements have been made for our guests to use the swimming pools at a neighboring complex during that time.
The above in no way affects our own private hot tub, which is located within our high walled courtyard, and which is fully operational, and is of course for the sole use of our guests at No.18.
