Our one bedroom luxury Apartment in Corralejo Fuerteventura is a modern, bright, exceptionally spacious and well-appointed apartment. An excellent choice for couples or friends wishing to enjoy the beautiful beaches and attractions of Fuerteventura!

Situated on the outskirts of Corralejo the apartment is Ideal for Walkers and Cycle Enthusiasts. Located in the Prestige Parque Natural Area. A 9 hole Par 3 Golf Course is situated about 1km away and there is a choice of championship Golf course a drive away including the Fuerteventura Golf Course that held the Spanish Open in 2004.

Only 1 km from nearest Supermarket and Restaurants. A local quiet bar is only 200m. A Mercadona Supermarket is due to Open December 2011 which is only 200m away... Please contact us to ensure it has actually opened

From the 5th May the apartment now has a double bed. Photos will be updated shortly. The 3 person would sleep on a foldaway bed placed in the lounge or bedroom (sleeps 2/3), bathroom with full size walk-in shower (no bath), lounge with leather sofas and patio doors leading to sun terrace, well equipped kitchen and dining area.

Cot and High Chair available for hire, please enquire.

Shared swimming pool, ornamental garden, ample terrace adjoining the lounge leading to poolside, private rooftop terrace complete with shower. Parking available next to front door of apartment (No carrying suitcase miles to apartment....)

Conditions

We do allow smoking at the premises but only on the terraces (which we do supply an ashtray) to respect no smokers we do ask that "no smoking" takes place inside the Apartment.

The Fuerteventura region

Many that have not been to Fuerteventura ask the famous question "what is there to do in Fuerteventura!" Well apart from the obvious like sunbathing, chilling, relaxing, walking, cycling, and swimming in the pool or venturing to the seaside that's if you can decide on which beach to use! With 155 golden Sandy Beaches you really are spoilt for choice when it comes to choosing a beach! However, there are many not so obvious choices' for those that have not been to the Island before.

The Corralejo area

In and about Corralejo many will take part in the following activities, some are strenuous and some less.

Surf, Wind Surf or Kite Surf either oWind Surfing in Fuerteventuran your own if you are competent or use one of the many surf schools in Fuerteventura.

There are many options for cycling either mountain biking or road cycling, Although there are many hire shops prices are not cheap! It maybe better and cheaper to bring your own

Scuba Diving can be practiced in the clear crystal waters around the coast line of Furteventura, or you can simply do a bit of snorkelling and watch the abundance of marine life swimming below you. Many courses can be taken if you wish to take qualifications in Scuba diving. With the sea temperature seldom dropping below 20ºC it is better to try and dive off Fuerteventura rather than the colder waters of Northern Europe!

Monarch flights available from 4 UK airports to Fuerteventura

Flights available direct from Madrid, Liverpool Bristol, Gatwick, and Stansted via easyjet.com Charter flights available via Thomas Cook and First Choice. Another option is to fly via Lanzarote using Ryan Air and then Ferry to Corralejo. This is a great option for the Irish and Germans.

The Irish can also use AirLingus for direct flights to Fuerteventura Season permitting

“Home away from home!” This apartment was definitely a home away from home for my boyfriend and I on our week's holiday in November. It has everything you could possibly need in terms of mod cons and lots of extras like beach towels (greatly appreciated) and even snorkel masks! The little complex is lovely, nice and private and a good sized swimming pool. Great roof terrace with lovely view. The location was great for us, only a short stroll down to restaurants and taxi rank, taxi to town centre was about 3.50€. Another great thing about the location now is that the new Mercadona supermarket is literally a 2 minute walk up the road so very easy for shopping! Just looking at a previous comment about the beds I have to say there is now a new kingsized bed and it was extremely comfortable so 5 stars from us! Definitely recommend this apartment!

“Excellent apartment.” The apartment is very well equipped, comfortable and spacious. We had a very relaxing week and only wish we had booked for 2 weeks rather than 1!

“fantastic, relaxed, best if have car” enjoyed very much, last minute booking, spacious and immaculate cleanliness, Response: Thank you for your comments. We always strive to get things right and hopefully people will give us 5 stars for all standards. Since this is our second review showing there was a problem with the single beds we realised there could be a serious problem.. As I am sure you realise we do not always have the time to test the beds (if only Goldilocks had turned up!! LOL) But we realised that the single beds had come to the end of there life.... As we always listen to our customers we have now changed the 2 single beds for a NEW Kings Size bed that has now been used by 3 lots of guests who have all said that "the bed is fantastic" and better than the average holiday accomadation bed!! Thank you for pointing this problem out so we were able to rectify the problems for future guests...

“excellent” We love this villa and will be going back again. It has a lovely pool which hardly anyone uses, a nice roof terrace and its not a bad walk into the centre of coralejjo. The villa has all the amenities that you would expect and also thoughtful extras such as cool box/bags, ice packs, sun beds etc. This is our second year staying at this villa and would recommend it to anyone. It is on a small complex of about 6 villas and only two others were being used when we were there.

“Fantastic, Clean & Quiet” We stayed for a week in July, and apart from one other apartment were the only ones on the complex of 7, so pretty much had the pool to ourselves. Pool at complex is well maintained. The apartment was clean and very well equipped. Excellent location for a nice relaxing holiday, as just far enough from town to wander in, but far enough away to be nice and quiet. Nice bars at the end of the road. Tim was very helpful, and it was a pleasent surprise to get a towel change mid week! We'll definately be back!

“Great place for vacation and remarkable hospitality!” The venue is situated perfectly, in the most beautiful area of the island with easily access to all the beaches situated in the north of Fuerteventura and among the other facilities like very nice terraces and pubs in Coralejo. Moreover this location has a generous parking place, the flat is fully equipped with everything you need for a pleasant vacation with well selected furniture and colors. For sure we will return next year... Thank you Tim!

We love this villa and will be going back again. It has a lovely pool which hardly anyone uses, a nice roof terrace and its not a bad walk into the centre of coralejjo. The villa has all the amenities that you would expect and also thoughtful extras such as cool box/bags, ice packs, sun beds etc.
