The facilities and scenery are exceptional if you are looking to rent a luxury villa for your holiday in Corfu then Villa Panorama is perfect for your requirements. The location is only 1km to the beach and is beautifully situated on the hillside, providing breath taking views across the Mediterranean sea. The view of the sun setting over the bay of Sidari from the roof top swimming pool is a sight you will always remember.

The villa benefits from its own private pool, jacuzzi and children's pool. Leading from the living room is an all around veranda with stunning sea views, outside is furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. The villa has 4 bedrooms and 2 self contained studio apartments to allow for that extra space for large families or groups.

The exterior to this property has an enchanting garden with a well lit pond and waterfall feature area as well as pockets full of beautiful flower beds.

There are electronic gates upon entry with a carefully hand crafted stone drive leading to the villa. There is also ample private parking space.

The outside BBQ area provide the perfect al fresco dining along with the stone seating area where you can sit back and relax absorbing the exceptional surroundings.

The Ionian Islands region

One of the most cosmopolitan places in Corfu island is Sidari. It is one of the best organized areas on the island. Visitors will have the chance to make the most of there holiday in one of the biggest beaches on the island, with crystal clear waters. Even the most demanding visitor will definitely be satisfied by the services of all the businesses on the beach and in the centre of Sidari.

Corfu (Kerkyra) is the northernmost island of western Greece. Its natural beauty has led to a degree of commercialisation. The capital, also called Corfu, has two small harbours with large Venetian fortresses. With Italian, French and English influences evident in its architecture, Corfu is a typical Ionian island town.

The Corfu / Sidari area

Good roads lead out of Corfu town to excellent harbours suitable for swimming and fishing, such as Roda, Kassiopi and Douloura, and to traditional inland villages such as Ano Korakiana, Ano Garouna, Doukades, Agii Douli and Pelekas where, from the top of its rocky hill, the sunset can be superb. In the region of Pelekas lies Ropa Valley (Livaditou Ropa), with its excellent Corfu Golf Club.

On the western side of the island the roads thread their way through olive and orange groves, pine trees and cypresses. Resorts on Corfu include Kanoni, where a narrow causeway leads to the Monastery of Vlaherni; Perama; Benitses; Moraitika; Messongi; Dassia; Gouvia; Gastouri and the museum palace The Achilleion, partly converted into a casino; Ipsos and Paleokastritsa.

The Old Port, where the ferries from the mainland dock, and the Old Fort (dating back to the 8th century) are both in the north of Corfu Town (Kérkyra Town) while Kanóni, overlooking the picturesque Pondikoníssi island, is in the south. In between lie beautiful Italianate buildings with narrow streets, small squares, churches, leather shops, restaurants, ice-cream stands, grocery stores, jewellery stores and all the regular stores and bakeries of a busy people.

The 16th-century New Fort is in better shape than the Old Fort. Traditionally, a large, open esplanade was kept between the Old Fort and the town so attackers would have no cover. Today the esplanade, or Spianádha, gives the city a wide field of green on which the locals play cricket, a legacy of Corfu's years as a British protectorate (1830-64).

The two graceful 18th- and 19th-century apartment buildings facing the green are known as the Listón, a reference to those people listed high enough socially to walk beneath the arcades. The 16th-century church of Ághios Spyrídhon, the island's guardian saint (many local men are named Spýros), lies in the streets behind.
Kontokáli, now serving the tourist trade, lies on the coast north of Corfu Town, which is filled all along the bay with hotels, restaurants and shops.

“Great property and perfect location” Villa Panorama is just what we needed. It is set on a hillside overlooking the bay, with a gated driveway that gives it a feeling of exclusivity, and the first reaction of the group was 'wow - is this really all ours for the week?" The property is located just far enough outside the town that we were not really disturbed by the sounds of late-night karaoke (Sidari itself caters for the most part to a particular type of British holidaymaker), but close enough that trips to the supermarket are easy. Spiros and Kelly were very friendly and helpful, sending someone to resolve some minor problems with insect screens and even making a booking for us at a restaurant in Kassiopi. The pool was perfect (if occasionally a bit on the cool side!) and the views stunning. The outside barbeque area was a great extra facility (we cooked out twice in the week). All in all, we loved it!

“Fab location, excellent service from owner” This villa is in a fabulous location, far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Sidari to have peace and quiet, yet still only a 5 min drive away. Clearly the pride and joy of Spiros, the owner, he is only too happy to help out wherever and whenever there is a need. The pool is great, the kids all loved it and the barbecue area a topmspot for long evening meals. Security is top notch, the electric gate adding to sense of tranquility. Only slight blot on landscape (and it is pretty small) is that dishwasher is on its last legs and not very effective. Other than that, we all thoroughly recommend Villa Panorama and wish all who stay there a happy holiday.

“Lovely villa with spectacular views and great pool” 2 families stayed in the villa - each with 3 teenage children. The villa itself is perfect for a group like this. Especially good are the pool, views - sunsets are spectacular - and the outside eating area. Lots to do near by including some great beaches.
