Home description

Zoe Cottage is a luxurious and comfortable home situated in a peaceful location set away from the main road but only 2 kilometres from Gouvia. It provides 128 m² of floor space which consists of 3 double bedrooms (1 with en-suite) and 1 extra bathroom, a spacious living/dining with an open fire place and a fully equipped open kitchen with cooker, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven and kettle. The Cottage is also equipped with central heating and 3 individual AC units.

The cottage relaxing decoration consists of tiled floors with partial wooden ceilings and patios on both sides of the house, which you can enjoy your breakfast regardless of which side the sun is shining.

Corfu Town is one of the most beautiful cities in Greece, which despites its Greek tradition it retains to-date a very strong Venetian style that is unique in Greece.
Corfu town is very impressive and as a result it charms all its holidaymakers. The new and old fortes, the Venetian architecture, the (Kantounia (narrow streets) makes Corfu a small heaven on earth, which makes everyone’s holiday a fantastic experience.

Other places to visit in Corfu are: The Pontikonissi, Estate of Mon Repos, Achilion Palace, Byzantine fortress, Archaeological Museum, Paper Money Museum, Solomos Museum, Byzantine Museum.

Corfu / Gouvia area

Gouvia is situated only 8 kilometres from Corfu Town, the well know tourist resort of Gouvia attracts many holidaymakers from Europe of all ages as it has something to offer for all age groups, single, couples or families. It has an extensive choice of Greek taverns, International cousin restaurants, bars, nightclubs, souvenir shops, and many more.

If all that is not enough for you, besides Corfu Town you can always visit other well-known resorts such as Dassia and Ipsos which are only 5-8Kilometers from Gouvia.

How to get there

From the early months of the summer (Apr), the majority UK and European cities fly direct to Corfu airport. From May 2008 Easy Jet is also flying into Corfu on other days and British Airways which started during 2007. Prices for flights do vary depending on when you book so its best if you spend some time and shop around. Local taxis are available for the short distance from the airport to the cottage, however if you are planning on renting a car I suggest that you pre-book it, pick up and return your car at the airport .

Booking Procedure:Check for availability and provide required information via email.The cottage will be secured for 3 days allowing you to make a bank transfer (30% deposit). When your deposit has been received you will get confirmation within 1 week via email. Another email will be sent to provide directions of how to get to the Cottage.The balance of the amount must be paid 6 weeks before the commencement of the holiday.
Refundable security deposit of £200 required, this will be refunded once the cottage has been checked. The cottage must be vacated by 12pm on the day of departure or if available another night will be charged. No pets allowed
