Located in the quiet village of Loustri, just above Agni bay, Bougainvillea is a true family home split into two levels. Within walking distance of both Agni Bay and Kalami, having four bedrooms sleeping up to 8 people, this villa is ideal for families with teenagers
As you enter the property, it becomes very obvious that this is a much-loved family home - with it's comfy sofas and well fitted kitchen.
The villa is split into two levels. Upstairs there is an attractive, well-equipped kitchen. Fully fitted with dishwasher and washing machine, there is also a separate fridge and freezer. The upstairs level is kept cool with a large air conditioning unit. The welcoming lounge area is informal and colourful, yet offers a home cinema 42' plasma TV system with DVD and free satellite stations. There is also a portable CD/Radio. Large sliding doors lead to the impressive balcony with superb sea views. The lower level sleeps 4 people and has it's own kitchen and shower room.
It also has a covered veranda, offering a wonderful view across the infinity pool, looking over the sea towards Albania.

Corfu Greece, is the most popular of the Ionian Islands. It is a very green island and a mixture of the civilizations that have passed through at various times.
The town of Corfu (Kerkyra) impresses and charms the visitor with its two forts, narrow streets, tall houses, arcades, Venetian-built Town Hall, church to Saint Spyridon, the corfu island's patron saint, flower-filled gardens, and balconies with their superb wrought-iron fences. Flooded with sights, Corfu is a small paradise on Earth. From Paleokastritsa to Kanoni, from the Achillion to Pontikonissi and the Corfu's northern coast, one will find crystal water scenic coves greenery and vegetation that 'sinks' into the deep blue sea.
Corfu / Agni area
The villa is located in the quaint little hamlet of Loustri where you will find an appealingly simple Kafenion, local bakery and village store all under one roof. As well as admiring the inside of the village church, you can roam the narrow village street, taking in the sights and scents of the wild roses, lemons on the trees and olive nets awaiting the harvest period.
A tree-lined pathway leads down to nearby Yaliscari Beach. This beach can be reached on foot by the agile in under five minutes. Yialiscari's sheltered bay has always been a lure for sailing boats that put in for a few hours to swing peacefully at anchor. The bay of Kalami is just over a 15 minute walk away around the headland and the idyllic bay of Agni can be reached via a goat-track down through the olive groves, where you will find three tavernas (Note: the path is not suitable for the elderly or infirm.)
