Gidalia Apt is located on the ground floor of the property.It is suited for a couple , as well as for a family of max 4.
The apt has tiled floors throughout. It consists of 1 large double bedroom, open plan modern kitchen, with all facilities, comfortable sitting room with TV, dining area for 4, and 2 sofa-beds(proper beds), and bathroom with shower facilities.Air conditionning is available in the bedroom.

Corfu , is the closest Greek island to Italy and almost brushes against Albania to the North. Historically, the island has always been on the margins of mainstream Greek history and at the mercy of northern invaders, whose cultures, particularly those of the Venetians and the British, have left a strong influence on the island, this being very obvious in the centre of Corfu town.
There are many places of interest on the island, such as the old & new Fortresses,the Achillion Palace, various museums, the Liston etc... Or you might prefer to venture out to admire some amazing landscapes, with it's lush green countryside and crystal blue seas.
Whatever your reason for visiting Corfu, you will not be disappointed, as there are some places of interest for all!!

Corfu / Gouvia area

Gouvia is a well know holiday resort, which attracts holidaymakers from all over Europe, young or old, there is something and somewhere for all.Tavernas, serving greek and international cuisine, bars, discos , take aways, souvenir shops , clothes shops... can be found.
Gouvia is also the site for Corfu's largest yachting marina.

How to get there

During the summer months , most UK airports serve Corfu airport ( sometimes otherwise known as Kerkyra or Kapodistria).The most popular arrival days are Mondays and Fridays.However , from May 2008 Easy Jet will be flying into Corfu on other days.
Prices for flights do vary, and it's worth shopping around for the best deal , depending on time and dates of travel.

The prices supplied are for the Apt ( not per pax) , and also include a cleaning service once a week during your stay. Bathroom towels ( not beach towels) and linen are provided.
The private swimming pool ( unheated) is shared with the owners. You also have access to an elaborate BBQ house , next to the pool (see photos).

Booking Procedure: To make a booking ,you first need to check availability.
1/ When we receive your enquiry upon request we will reserve your required dates and hold them for 5 days giving you a chance to obtain your flights and forward your deposit.
2/ Should you wish to proceed with your booking , a 25% deposit ( bank transfer) is required. The balance of your holiday is due 6 weeks prior to arrival.Once this has been received an information pack( either by post or email) on how to get to Gidalia will be sent to you.

Conditions

A car is not necessary, as the nearest resort ( Gouvia) is within walking distance , 1km. However for those who would like to venture out and see more of this spectacular island, which has so much to offer , a car is highly advisable.
Competitive Car hire rates are available from the owner of the apt. ( min 3 days).The car can either be picked up from the airport on your arrival , or delivered to your apt.
