“Elli -Marina Studios and Apartments” is a peaceful rental estate, surrounded by olive groves and cypress trees, ideal for your late-spring, summer or early fall vacations. At "Elli-Marina" you can find accommodation suitable to all sorts of vacationers: couples, families or friends. Our spacious apartments are fitted with air-conditioning, TV sets, a fully-equipped kitchen, a veranda with a view to the pool or to our garden.

We are based at the Loutrouvia area of Benitses, only a five minute walk from the centre of the village.

The Ionian Islands region

Corfu is part of the Ionian Islands, "gr.Heptanisos", a group of seven isles endowed with stunning natural beauty and very mild climate, stretching from the northwest coast of Greece all the way to the south of the Peloponnese peninsula.

Due to their strategic geographic location they soon became a meeting point for the civilizations of three continents, a fact clearly evident in the unique mixture of architectural styles, food and local customs. The inhabitants are cheerful, hospitable and love music and dancing. Even the most demanding holidaymaker is sure to leave with the best of impressions from the Ionian Islands!

Corfu / Benitses area

Corfu, the legendary "Island of the Phaecians" and the second largest of the Ionians, is undoubtedly one of the most captivating holiday destinations in Greece: a place imbued with important history and myth alike. From antiquity through the 20th century, a multitude of conquerors have laid claim on Corfu for its strategic maritime location. The result is a beautiful mixture and layering of Russian, Venetian, British, German and Classical Greek architecture, which is set in a backdrop of wonderful natural beauty. Corfu Town, the capital of the prefecture and home to 45.000 people, is undeniably one of the most cosmopolitan places in Greece -a cultural crossroadt hroughout its entire history with such significan site as the Liston and the Esplanade Square, The Old Fortress, The New Fortress, The Palace of St. Michael and George, the Museum of Asian Art etc


Benitses is an idyllic villages nestled among mountains and sea. If you want to explore the Emerald Island then our village is an excellent starting point for delightful excursions to the scenic North and South of Corfu, but also to its West where you can enjoy golden, sandy beaches and romantic sunsets. A number of principal historical sights are at a nearby distance from the Village with Achillion the neoclassical palace turned museum being the most prominent of all. If on the other hand you are not as keen on exploring the natural scenery of our village then avail yourself of its modern day facilities punctuated by the Yachting marina with a capacity to harbor 100 sailing boats, numerous restaurants, bars and cafes. Essential services include a local police station, a pharmacy, a number of mini-markets and two outpatient clinics. Benitses is ideally suited for family vacations. It is unlikely elsewhere in Corfu to come across a village having simultaneously a sizeable square, a nice playground for your children to play safely and accessible, pebbled "Blue Flag" beaches.

How to get there

Getting to Corfu -aka Kerkira - is not difficult. From the UK direct charter flights can be obtained easily from May to October. "EasyJet", the discount airliner, has begun its flights to our island four times a week since March 31, 2008. Once you arrive you can either take a taxi or rent a car from one of several car rental companies at the airport. If you prefer we can make arrangements for a taxi to wait for you.

By sea on the other hand, ferries run frequently throughout the year from most major Italian ports such as Ancona, Venice, Bari and Brindisi, to Corfu.

Once you have reached the village go past the square and proceed for another 500 meters where you will see signs on your right for "Elli - Marina" and the "Barracuda Pool Bar".

Between 21-30 days prior to your arrival we refund 100%
Between 15-20 days prior to your arrival we refund 50%
Between 8-14 days prior to your arrival we refund 25%
Between 0-7 days prior to your arrival we refund 0%

*The customer accepts to reimburse us for the entire amount of reservation if he or she does not show up.

*In case of departure earlier than the confirmed date we charge 50% of the amount corresponding to the remaining nights.
