Wisteria is a modern self catering villa within a 5 minute walk from the fabulous sandy beaches of St George, Corfu. You’ll find that you’re conveniently close to cafes, restaurants, shops and cash points. Wisteria offers a complete 'home from home' experience, outside you will find a patio where you can watch the sun go down, 2 verandas leading off the bedrooms and a garden area with mountain views. Pool facilities are available 100m away and you’ll find that you’re ideally situated for sightseeing and exploring the island.

The resort of St. George offers plenty to do including water sports from parasailing to jet-skiing to windsurfing and boat hire. There is also an endless supply of day trips, boat trips and excursions available from the travel agents around the resort. St George is a laid back resort, suitable for couples and families of all ages, however a more energetic night life is only a 20 minute taxi ride away.

The Ionian Islands region

The Ionian Islands take their name from the sea which lies between the tip of Italy and the west coast of Greece. The Ionians in turn took their name from Ion, after the nymph goddess of the sea. These islands are also known as the Eptanisos - The Seven Islands - of which Corfu is the second largest with a length of 40 miles and a width varying between two and a half and eighteen miles. The North East Cape, where you will find the resort town of Kassiopi, is one and a half miles from the Albanian coast. The shape of the island resembles a scythe with a surface area of 588 square miles.

Agios Georgios has two main beaches. Both beaches are wide, have easy-on-the-feet sand and are safely shallow for children. Sand dunes and a lake add interest to the north beach. There is also a wide variety of water sports available. The main stretch of St Georges offers many traditional tavernas, great for sampling some of the local cuisine and wonderful fresh fish!

Villa Wisteria is newly built to a high standard with a traditional tiled floor and wooden lime-washed ceilings giving a light airy atmosphere. You will find a complete 'home from home' experience.
The open plan kitchen and living area has a contemporary fitted kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine, ceramic hob, oven, microwave and two fridge freezers. The living area consists of a comfy L shaped sofa, flat screen TV and dining table seating for six.

Both bedrooms offer fitted wardrobes, hair dryers, air-conditioning and French doors leading onto the tiled veranda and into the garden, excellent for al fresco dining! The master bedroom has a king size bed, dressing table and full length mirror. The second bedroom has 2 chunky single beds. The family bathroom has a bath with shower and marble top sink unit.

What is provided for you?
On arrival you will receive a welcome basket. If you would like to make your stay extra special we can arrange a bottle of champagne for you. (Please ask for details, there will be a small charge)

English representative on hand to answer any questions and to recommend places to eat, drink and visit.

Fresh linen and towels on arrival and a spare set of sheets left in the villa at all times. During a week stay your villa will be cleaned and fresh linen provided mid week. However if you have any different requirements we will be happy to help.

Beach towels are provided.

Conditions

Refundable security deposit of £150 required, this will be refunded once the villa has been checked after your departure.

A deposit 25% of the rental amount is required on booking. The booking cannot be confirmed until this deposit has been received. The balance of the amount must be paid 6 weeks before the commencement of the holiday.

The villa must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure or another night will be charged.

No smoking villa, smoking is permitted outside. No Pets.
