Home description
A lovely apartment, ideal for couples and families only 80 meters from the beach. In an excellent location situated on the first floor in a nice complex only a few meters from the cafes, restaurants and shops.
The apartment benefits from hot and cold airconditioning and central heating. The fully furnished lounge / dining room has a double sofa bed, coffee table, television, satellite TV, Hi Fi that plays radio and cd's, dining table and chairs.
French style windows lead to a private large veranda with table and chairs to enable dining and relaxation overlooking the garden.
The kitchen area has fitted cupboards and worktops, two ring cooker, oven, refrigerator witn ice box, kettle, ironing board, iron, and hairdryer. The fully equipped tiled bathroom with shower facilities and wash basin wiht illuminated mirror. The large bedroom provides you with great country views, has a double King Size iron bed with individual bedsides lights and cabinets, a large fitted wardrobe with a set of drawers with cupboard under. An electronic security safe which can be programmed with your own security code is also permanently fitted for the use of our guests.

The Ionian Islands region
In the cosmopolitan village of Dassia, one of the first tourist resorts of the island, 13 klms northwest of the Corfu town you will find our apartments. In a distance less than 100 meters there is an entertainment area (bars, restaurants, shopping centres), super markets, bakery, pastry, pharmacy, 24 hours bank-cash 250 meters, as well as a bus station to Corfu town and other destinations.
Not far away, there is Villa Mimbelli, which is a replica of a fourtheenth-century Italian palazzo. Of equal tourist interest is the village of Ipsos, which stands behind a long beach at the very foot of Mt Pantokrator.
Corfu / Dassia Beach area
Aqualand, Corfu's water park, is great fun for all ages. Situated in the Ropa Valley, just 20 minutes drive from Dassia, the park has a great selection of slides and rides, a lazy river and a large pool with plenty of sunbathing facilities. Activities near Dassia:Tennis in Dafnila. Bird Watching, Cycling, Fishing, Gymnasium, Health Spa, Horse Riding, Night Life, Sailing, Scuba Diving, Walking, Water Sports.
Corfu Golf Club, which has a well, regarded 18 hole course, is about 30 min drive from our unit, in the Ropa Valley. The Corfu Club's beautiful course has been praised by many as one of golf's best kept secrets in Europe. It was designed by the famous Swiss based architect, Donald Harradine. It is enjoyable for the scratch considered to be among the 19 best championship courses in Europe.
How to get there
From the 31st of March EASYJET fly from Gatwick to Corfu directly!!! There are always local taxis available - fare should be no more than 20 - 25 euros. Local buses run regularly between the Dassia and the centre of the Corfu town.
There's a taxi rank at the airport to meet flights at all times of day and night.

A 30% deposit in order to proceed booking the apartment.
Beach towels are not provided , please bring your own.
Please do not use the apartment towels for either the beach or swimming pool.
A refundable security deposit of £150.00 is required against breakages and damage which will be refunded within 10 days of return of the apartment keys to us providing our agent has found everything to be in order after checking the apartment inventory.

"We had a lovely time at the apartments. The apartment was everything the website said it would be. Very clean and spacious. We had apt 3 which has a great terrace - perfect for breakfast and pre-dinner drinkies. There was airconditioning in the living room and the bedroom, and the shower was nice and powerful. We were also made very welcome by the owner and her mother who obviously take a lot of pride in the apartments and the well tended gardens. There is not a pool but it was not a problem as the beach was a 3-4 minute walk away. There is also a great pool club called Malibu which costs 5 euros to hire a sun lounger and you can get bar service and lunch delivered to straight to you while you lay in the sun - they played some cool music too! If we ever go back to Dassia - then these apartments will be our home!"
