About the home

Prettily pink on the outside, light and bright on the inside, Villa Leana is a modern, detached villa in a gloriously sunny position, with captivating sea and mountain views. With its own private swimming pool, it is situated near the start of the resort of Nissaki, and is within walking distance of one of Nissaki's most charming bays, with a delightful beach and a choice of places to eat or shop. This is an excellent modern villa ideal for a family holiday. In early and late season there are some idyllic walks in the immediate surroundings.

Layout: The spacious lounge/dining area opens onto a generous covered terrace with wonderful views spanning much of the island of Corfu. There is a large separate kitchen, modern and fully fitted, with breakfast area. Bathroom.

Upper Floor: On the upper floor there are two bedrooms - one master double, one twin, both with sea-facing balconies. Bathroom with Jacuzzi bath.

Facilities

Further details indoors:
Big sliding windows make the most of the beautiful views, and mean that the covered terrace is a comfortable extension of the living room, ideal for outdoor dining. Should it be too hot to even think of sitting out of doors, however, full air-conditioning throughout allows for the view to be enjoyed from indoors too.

Modern and fully fitted, the kitchen makes holiday chores a pleasure! Full oven, ceramic hob and microwave, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine are supplied.


The villa has 2 air conditioned bedrooms (a double and a twin). The bedrooms open onto shaded sea facing balconies. There is a sofa-bed in the living room that can be used for a 5th person if required.

Further details outdoors:
The private pool is set to one side of the house, with a superb view. There are both sunny and shaded areas to the terrace, and a full complement of sunbeds and umbrellas as well as tables and chairs. In addition, the pool features two massage/swimming jets.

The Ionian Islands region

Corfu is one of the most popular of the Ionian Islands. It is a very green island, literally covered in olive trees. The town of Corfu (or Kerkyra as it is locally known) impresses and charms the visitor with its two forts, narrow streets, tall houses, and Venetian-built Town Hall. Flooded with sights, Corfu is a small paradise on Earth, from breathtaking Paleokastritsa to Kanoni, from the Achillion to Pontikonissi. Beaches are plenty and range from soft sand to fine shingle - the crystal clear waters making snorkeling a delight. Corfu really does have something to offer all holiday tastes.

The Corfu / Nissaki area

Nissaki is a small pretty resort with a horseshoe-shaped beach, offering excellent swimming and water sports. There are several tavernas specialising in local cuisine. A small harbour shelters the many little fishing boats that are moored there and there is a jetty/collection point for the Taverna Agni water taxi which offers an evening service to Taverna Agni and a twice-weekly trip to Corfu Town.
