Villa Linakis 'a country house by the sea' is located on the edge of Arillas and sits in a hushed setting of Olive groves; just the perfect place to relax and unwind, yet only a 15 minute stroll from the lovely sandy beach of Arillas, passing shops and tavernas on the way.
To ensure your relaxation and privacy Villa Linakis and it's spacious 2100 sq.mtr gardens has it's own swimming pool with loungers and parasols, a very spacious poolside area allowing plenty of room for children to play. To complete the holiday experience there is also a poolside dining area with barbecue and a hammock to laze away the day.
Leading inside from the pool area is a large and airy hallway with seating and a library of books and games. Leading off the hallway is the master en suite bedroom with large wardrobes and two well furnished twin bedrooms with large walk-in wardrobes and the family bathroom. Upstairs is the open plan fully equipped kitchen, diner and living area leading out onto the terrace with wonderful sweeping views over the Arillas valley. This upstairs terrace is the perfect spot to enjoy the stunning sunsets before heading down to Arillas to one of the family owned tavernas or restaurants.

The villa is entered through a very welcoming and furnished porch including a hammock seat. There are various well furnished terraces to enable you to make full use of the villa in sun or shade.
Entering the air conditioned villa a cool a spacious hallway leads you to the master bedroom with en-suite shower room, large wardobes and private terrace. Also on the ground floor are a further 2 twin bedrooms with private terraces, walk-in wardrobes and a further full family bathroom.
Upstairs is a fully equipped kitchen, leading into spacious, airy and comfortable dining/ lounge area, which in turn leads you onto a large terrace. The elevated position of this main terrace is the idyllic place from which to enjoy the marvellous distant views over the valley of Arillas with your evening drink in hand.

"The two weeks we have just spent at Villa Linakis (14-28 August 06) with our three children(14,11,& ; 6) were FANTASTIC...the most relaxing holiday we have had in years. The house is everything anyone could want for a great holiday, and more. The swimming pool was a massive hit with the children and they spent hours in it, and enjoying the hot sunshine. With a great "country house by the sea", endless sunshine and so many great restaurants to eat at in the evening as we watched the sun go down our holiday was a dream!.You have created a great place! A beautiful villa in a splendid location. You really don’t have to drive around the island, everything is just footsteps away. This for sure was the best equipped villa we ever booked! We had a fantastic time. Brouklis Taverna, Ammos for cocktails, Mon Amour, Kokinos very Greek and good value. Boat for the day from Spiros on Ag. Georgios well worth £65 + fuel. He hires windsurfers too.
