In a prime position close to the water and right on the beach in Agni Bay, Spiti Antigoni is located between Taverna Toula and Agni Cottage. From the outside it looks small, but opens up like a magic box to reveal comfortable accommodation for 4-5 people.

The property has been completely renovated, making it an excellent choice for those wanting the character of an old property, but with modern comforts. There are two separate entrances to the house, both opening into the combined lounge/kitchen area.

The lounge has comfortable seating with the flexibility of a sofa bed for an extra (5th) person should it be required. The modern kitchen has a full oven and hob, a fridge/freezer, plenty of cupboard space and kitchen utensils - including a filter coffee machine and toaster.

Upstairs, the house has two bedrooms both with air-conditioning .The double-bedded room overlooks the sea. You will find yourselves dropping of to sleep to the sound of the waves on the beach, and waking to the marvellous sight of the sun rising over the mainland mountains. The second bedroom is a twin, set at the rear of the property, with ceiling beams and a cosy cottage feel.

The main house bathroom is between the two bedrooms upstairs. With a skylight window giving maximum light, it houses a shower and basin with mirrored vanity unit. An added bonus for this house is a second bathroom downstairs - ideal for dashing into straight off the beach! Again this is fully tiled with a shower, basin and vanity shelf.

Further details outdoors:
The house has a beachside roofed verandah, equipped with benches, chairs and a table from where you can enjoy the sunrise if you feel like an early start to the day!

You are literally only two - perhaps three - steps away from your early morning swim! To the rear of the property is a parking area, right outside the kitchen door. This is a great asset, especially in high season, when parking in tiny Agni is at a premium.

The island of Corfu is located just off the West coast of Greece. Corfu enjoys a mild Mediterranean climate along with excellent beaches making it a popular destination for holiday makers. Corfu is very green compared to other Greek islands: hot and dry summers along with winter rain creates lush vegetation which is dominated by over 2 million olive trees. These olive trees on Corfu are the main cultivation, although Corfu's tourism now provides the most income.

The Corfu / Agni area

Agni Bay: In Greek Agni means un-spoilt and this describes Agni perfectly - just three Tavernas (each with their own jetty for mooring up to) and a sprinkle of local buildings. The bay is reached mainly by rented motor boats, although recently there is now a narrow road down into the bay. Each evening we offer a 'Speed Boat' taxi service, from surrounding bays to Taverna Agni. The above video shows the exciting experience.
