About the home

With the beach and tavernas a very short walk plus the option to rent your own motor boat, Villa Nikos is the perfect choice for those who do not wish to rent a car on holiday. The front door opens directly into the very stylish and tastefully furnished living/dining area. The kitchen is to the right with the third bedroom off and to the right. There is also a shower room on this level. A spiral staircase leads up to a very spacious landing from which the further two bedrooms and bathroom radiate.

Villa Nikos has a large comfortable sofa in peach and an oatmeal coloured armchair.

The kitchen has plenty of fresh coloured units under and above the work surfaces. All kitchen appliances are fitted, including a microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.

A spiral staircase leads up to a spacious landing. All bedrooms have air-conditioning (at no extra cost) The master bedroom has a large double bed, a TV cabinet with mini drinks fridge, spacious fitted wardrobes, cupboards and mirrored vanity unit. French windows lead on to the balcony which overlooks the pool terrace and has views over to the mainland. The second bedroom is a large twin with fitted wardrobes, mirrored vanity unit and French windows to the front-facing balcony. The third bedroom is on the ground floor, next to the kitchen and living room. This has been fitted out with single beds with a large double headboard so that they can either be used together as a double or as two singles. The room also includes fitted wardrobes and cupboards with mirrored vanity unit. French windows lead onto the front, poolside terrace.All the bedrooms have a soothing green decor and have been furnished to an exceptionally high standard in keeping with the rest of the villa. All balconies and terraces have their own table and chairs for relaxing with a glass of wine and enjoying a taste of the laid-back Greek lifestyle.

There are two bathrooms, a large walk-in shower room downstairs and upstairs a bath with shower over. A fitted wall-mounted hairdryer is provided in each bathroom.

One extra child (7th guest) can be accommodated free of charge in a folding bed.

The villa is reached from a private parking area below via a short flight of stone steps directly onto the pool terrace. Facing a sparkling kidney-shaped swimming pool which is set into the terrace - just a couple of steps away from that early morning swim! With plenty of room for sunbeds you may never want to venture further!

In addition, the villa has its own shaded terrace and balconies where you can sit and watch others having fun in the pool!

Kaminaki, located on Corfu's north-east coastline is spectacularly beautiful, but has remained uniquely unspoilt in spite of its celebrity-status. Kaminaki is one of the small and enchanting bays that stud this coastline like jewels on a necklace. Still only a hamlet, with village houses occupied by their original local inhabitants, it has a mixture of modern and converted accommodation, two unpretentious tavernas (and others within easy reach), and water of Caribbean colours that laps against a gently shelving beach of pure white pebbles and sand.
